Just sent this to my wife. She works over an hour away for two days a week. Been married to her for 11 years with 2 beautiful children. A 10 year old son named Grayson and a 8 year old daughter named Amory. My wife is still the light of my life. Like elf tower says, "in departure, absence makes the heart grow stronger".

This album was SO OBSCURE when I was a teenager. I love that Claudio hasnt abandoned it.
This is so incredible. I've loved this song since 2006, and seeing it get such sweet treatment with the reimagining is incredible
I remembered this song and discovering this version feels like returning to an old apartment damn this really made me cry seeing them together here, I'm so happy
I don't know if it was intentional, but the moment at 3:15 when Claudio puts the disco balls over his eyes and Chondra laughs and rolls her eyes is just, the perfect moment. It's warm, and endearing. It reminds me of a time in 09 he was doing a comic signing in Middletown NY, my roommate and I drove up from VA to meet him and get his autograph. He made some corny joke and she made the exact same face. It was a great memory.

I don't know how they did it, but this is more relaxing than the original, and the original was my go-to treatment for panic attacks for over a decade.

I love how different each TPFI's songs are, and also how different the quality on each is. Some have an old blues raw vibe, while others have some synth pop inspiration going, you can't force TPFI into a box mate. I dig this except for the vocal layering, but that's pure personal preference. I honestly love every Inferno song, ' Our darling daughter you are, little Cecilia Marie ', ' Run, Gunner recall, Run! The town wants you dead ', and 'Wayne Andrews, the old be keeper ' are 3 of my not just favorite Inferno songs, but favorite songs of all music. Beautiful stuff mate.

The long distance is temporary, but the feeling I get when seeing him never gets old, feels like the first time, every time.. This song is fire. I'm a huge claudio fan boy, believe me. I got this song on repeat. I love his voice, her melody to lifts the song, his touch is unmistakable and her polish pushes the boundaries higher.. But this video is kinda cringe haha. We get it, you're a cute couple.

@benjaminvillarreal1499 Fair enough. Love that video, great song. Almost too strong and powerful for daily use.
This version is okay but it lacks something the original had. It's just not as haunting. The change in tone in the synths just doesn't do it for me. I do like how much bigger the chorus feels. I can totally see what Claudio is trying to go for here, something more poppy and approachable, but the original is just so unique. Guess it's good to have two versions, but I'll stick with the first one. It's just too perfect.
