This is beautiful. I wish you would have toured the penthouses that they have to offer.
Be ware of the second one. The Ascent Peachtree is known to have a lot of mismanagement and problems with maintenance. There have been fights, homeless people outside the parking garage entrances that harass residents, not to mention the roof in the parking garage collapsed!

That ascent joint is like moving to a luxury bando. … you’d be better off moving to Roswell or Sandy springs . None you’re paying like 2000 extra for a mediocre view and the look of I have arrived. Lol . Move on the outskirts and stack all that extra you’ll be saving while those residents struggle to do the most . Not to mention your car getting broke into the homeless begging ,neighbors having a 420 festival and all the smoke coming through the vents . Haha . Live below your means if you wanna flex hard
