Sammy Davis Jr, Ernest Borgnine - great cast....
Because of all the comedy and fluff he did, it is easy to forget just how good an actor Sammy was.

Interesting movie. Great that they brought in the spiritual and supernatural. The world would be a lot better if more people prayed.
I think there may be a movement of God going on. I'm seeing more and more mention of his name in unusual places. For example I watch a lot of motorcycle and fishing channels even there, comes as a surprise! Joyfully! He certainly changed and saved me!
Old Sammy was a far better man than me to put up with that kind of torment.

The opening scene where Mr Davis Jr was introduced. I am thinking not many blacks these days could do this part hare. Sammy was arround the block a few times by this time. I may be presumptuous. Anyway. Sammy Davis Jr. The great. I want him rememberd. He was a proud man. He deservs recognition.
There are but a few good westerns starring African American "Lawmen" and this one is one of the best even on a second viewing! Thanks

The actresses in this movie are very beautiful. It's good old fashioned western.
Sammy Davis Jr. was a very talented dude, in real life he was in addition to a music and dance man, and acting he also was a quick draw artist and did fancy gun twirling tricks.
He married a white woman, too.

Sammy Davis Jr perfectly depicted the plight of the Black Man: Highly qualified for a situation but denied inclusion. Black Women and men had to endure this kind of hatred and racism every day 27/7. Thank god for LBJ and the signing of the Civil Rights Act. Borgnine did a great job too showing how a person would turn a blind eye to help offered and be willing to cut off his own nose and right hand before accepting aid from a non white. The 1st 15min of this movie enraged me , then reason and contemplation kicked in. I'm very glad to have watched this movie. Thank you so very much for posting it😁👍🏾👍🏾
