I introduced green Pozole to my co-workers a couple of years ago and it has become a big hit that as soon as November-December comes, they start asking when I'm making it lol and compliment me on it. I don't make it spicy but enough to give it a kick. I make spicy green salsa on the side for those who like spice. ❤️🤗❤️

In case you were wondering why or what the foam on the top is, it is protein that is similar to egg whites. It's removed purely for aesthetic reasons and is not necessary, as a matter of fact your soup will have more grams of protein if you leave it there. I don't like Verde anything but my niece does and I made this for her as a surprise for dinner after work.. let me tell you, not only did SHE LOVE IT BUT HER FRIENDS LOVED THIS PASOLE VERDE!! And let me tell you another thing! My son does not like red Chile sauce or verde sauce I always have to make him flautas for his own plate but HE ALSO LOVED THIS PASOLE VERDE and I didn't need to make any flautas tonight 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I love all your recipes I have made your enchiladas both red and green, tamales, and now both red and green pasole and next will be YOUR flour tortillas! Love love love posole Verde. Consider adding spinach, Cilantro, romaine lettuce, epazote, and Bell pepper to the pobalano and ahaheim. Also fry all chilies and herbs in a little bit of Manteca. And dry roast some pepitas . It is well worth the extra mile trust me. FYI I'm planning on making my husband your 3 leches cake for his birthday in Feb. I'm so excited to make it !! I enjoy all your recipes ! I am considering making your queso dip for super bowl Sunday as well.
TFS amiga. As I mention in the videos. I keep the recipes simple as starter recipe. To inspire a quick easy meal packed with flavor. That way everyone can make it comfortable for their home. We have views club all over the worlds and its not easy for them to find for example epazote. Love love love posole Verde. Consider adding spinach, Cilantro, romaine lettuce, epazote, and Bell pepper to the pobalano and ahaheim. Also fry all chilies and herbs in a little bit of Manteca. And dry roast some pepitas . It is well worth the extra mile trust me.

We have views club all over the worlds and its not easy for them to find for example epazote. I also mentioned in this video that the authentic traditional recipes will come in a few years; As our club learns the the flavors. have my great grandmothers cook book (She was born 1900) so you can imagine the glorious mystery items from Mexico 🙌🏽 Thank you again for being part of the views club.
