This sounds awesome, looks great, and really captures the moment we're in, longing for something before, while being fully aware of the emotions and appearance it was.
When you got older (I'm 43) it's harder to really really get into a band as when you were a teenager, that happened to me with Fleshwater, it's been a long time since I became a FAN for any band, these guys brought back that old feeling, amazing band and amazing album, I can't stop listening to it.

I remember fall of '94, when I came upon this music video by pure happenstance. Pete and Pete had just ended on Nickelodeon, so I flipped back to MTV briefly, and there it was, right after a trailer for Clerks. The hook wriggled its way into my brain for the rest of the day, until I finally decided to put on my flannel shirt and run to the record store (it's a dentist's office these days). I remember I was way more excited than I should have been, and accidentally knocked over a bag of leaves that I'd raked in the yard earlier in the day on my way to my mom's station wagon that she'd been letting me drive until I could afford my own car. The air had a crispness to it that I don't think I've felt in a long time, and I could smell it while standing on the moist pavement of the store parking lot. After I picked up the album, I wound up driving upstate for a solid two hours listening to the whole thing, with nowhere to be and no one to text.
