Alan in a hotel room is basically the same as me in a hotel room. Try all the lights, sit on all the chairs, lay on the bed in a weird way, etc. Love when he's included in the videos, he's a true audience surrogate lol

I was really scared of the internal bus loop when we stayed at Caribbean beach resort. But the secret is that the bus start running 60 minutes before early entry. There’s literally 4 families in that bus, it’s super early, but worth it!

Coronado is our FAVORITE & a top tier resort. Especially when it comes to food, we love that there’s so many options (even the food court is pretty decent!!). Everyone is not forced to one or two spots, so it’s spread out and not like your sharing your space with everyone else at the resort. We love it and can’t wait to go back!

I stayed at Coronado during Hurricane Ian and we were so grateful! The tower was our sanctuary - and we really enjoyed the $20 per head all you care to enjoy hurricane buffet at Toledo 🎉
I should also mention that I bumped into Molly during my stay, in Magic Kingdom. BEST TRIP EVER ✨

My husband and I just finished up our second adult trip staying at Coronado this past weekend (we are Floridians with passes and drive up to the parks every few weekends). We were in the tower on our first trip and we’re in the cabanas this past weekend. We absolutely love this resort. The food is AMAZING and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend. We will make this our go-to spot for whenever we come without the kids.
This was such an informative Resort tour video, but it also felt like we were along for the ride for the fun of a staycation adventure.
My favorite scene was Molly buying her new ears.... The pure childlike innocent joy (everyone knowing she doesn't need more ears lol) ... That is the magic of Disney!! Thank you for your videos, my family loves your family!
We’re staying here for some of our honeymoon. So I’m very happy for it because it looks so nice and I didn’t want and overly Disney room like I normally do. So this is perfect for us. I honestly feel like the only reason this resort does not have the deluxe price is because of the lack of transportation other than busses. The other deluxe resorts have boats, monorails, or sky liner. So it’s a pretty nice value for the money because it looks as nice or nicer than some deluxe!

Every time someone talks about fig jam, I wonder if they'll talk about wasps. Thanks, Alan!
Not all fig varieties are pollinated by wasps, so many of the figs in US markets come from plants that can self-pollinate. In any case, any figs with seeds inside tend to be pollinated by wasps. Any crunchy things are seeds, as any wasp bits would be dissolved by a special enzyme. 🙂

We were wondering what Molly was saying as she was leaving the Dahlia lounge. She said she had to get out of there because of something someone was saying about Galaxy’s edge. We couldn’t quite make it out and are curious. Also loved Alan’s reaction when Molly said she doesn’t like mayonnaise but loves an aioli. ☺️

Alan palette is maturing, you can’t be A good chef if you don’t like olives and I’m glad to see that he likes olives. Now if we could only get Molly to enjoy mayonnaise, then you have come full circle. Maybe she’s never had homemade mayonnaise, it’s a very delightful thing. But I’m glad you’re broadening your horizons !
I know a lot of people complain about the busses here but we had a great experience with them. We never waited more than 5 mins and we were able to rope drop every park no issues
🖤💚Oh I love this resort. I go there to do my remote work all of the time because it’s gorgeous and has such chill vibes. Three Bridges is probably the most under rated spot on property! Go MC! 💚🖤
I love Gran Destino at Coronado Springs. I have notice that the bus situation at the tower is not that bad; I've always gotten an empty bus first thing in the morning and made it to rope drop no problem. The tower is the last stop at the end of the night, but I would occasionally hop off at the first stop and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful resort at night, cause I didn't have enough steps already 😀 Anywho, I don't know about the other stops in the resort, but I've never had a full bus in the morning at Gran Destino.
Also, even the quick service location has good food, the nachos were delicious. Eat All The Foods!

I am so glad Molly picked the Lemon as her favorite flavor combo in the dessert. I fell in love with the combination of lemon and chocolate years ago in Europe and it’s just so hard to find in the States. I know Molly may not be *that kind* of influencer, but I’m hoping she can manifest more chocolate and lemon desserts at Disney and in the US at large. Great video, as always!
My downfall of Coronado is the pool situation(after they built the tower the pool became a nightmare)crazy crowded in the summer. But that food looked amazing, and I too loved the Flight.

Oh, y’all are making me miss Coronado! We had the lamb and scallops at Toledo, it was the BEST food. I was stunned bite after bite. We had the gran gin tonic, best huge cocktail in beat glass, and at 3 Bridges the wings, lamb, and smoked feta salad. I can’t stop thinking about all the food!
Loved this resort and tower!!! The vibe and decor is definitely my fav out of the resorts. Certainly would stay here again but my kids wouldn’t appreciate it at their young age. So maybe again when do an adult only trip. The espresso at the bar is dynamic and is a must try!
We stayed here in Feb 2020 and loved it! Definitely agree with the tip to take a ride share in the mornings. We took Minnie Vans which are pricier (especially now) but even with that added expense it was still far cheaper than any of the deluxe resorts.
Coronado Springs -- Great Resort!! We celebrated our anniversary in June of 2022 (& WDW honored our occasion by placing 50th anniversary banners EVERYWHERE we went!). There's TONS of "hidden Mickeys" everywhere in the Gran Destino Tower. We had a fine nice dinner at Toledo and also dined at Rix and El Mercado. Beautiful grounds, impressive architecture, & upscale rooms made for a great experience. Our only disappointment is that we didn't get the opportunity to dine at Three Bridges. The resort is very close to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. We'll definitely be going back to this resort.

We moved to about 2 hours north of Orlando not long ago. We have an anniversary coming up in April and this seems like the perfect resort to celebrate at. Great video! :)

The tower is beautiful! We stayed there right before Covid and were on the 12th floor. There was a 7 am fire alarm and we had to walk down all those flight's of stairs. That was the only downside. But the room was gorgeous and we loved the tower part of the resort!.

I'm pretty sure they were inspired by Maya Deren's Meshes of the Afternoon - the animation really reminds me of Maya's dance movements in her experimental films. Meshes was released in 1943.
We stayed there two years ago - was very nice. Only problem is when the buses came back from the parks you have to be very vigilant because there are LOTS of stops within the Coronado resort and a few times we missed our stop and had to wait for the bus to go all around to all of the other stop.
My husband and I stayed at the tower last year. We also had the Serrano bocadillo sandwich and had the EXACT same thoughts.. soo good we almost cried! We haven’t stopped thinking about that sandwich since!!!

Loved this! Staying at all the resorts in on my Disney bucket list! So far it’s just been Poly, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Pop Century and Riverside…..I need to step up my game! Haha

We stayed there last Christmas 2021. Really nice. Bad weather so didn’t walk about much. We were at the tower bus stop 1. But HATED on returning from parks they dropped off starting at stop 2 and we were always last!

Looove CRS and the decor of the tower is stunning. Such great vacay vibes here - my fave moderate! So glad the gin bar is back - their drinks are superb! These used to be $14 in the before times for ANY gin of your choice- a great value still at 16.50 for a well made drink 👏❤️🍸

I love the Gran Destino! Definitely my go to resort since it opened in 2019 I was just there for nine nights the Saturday after Thanksgiving so I just barely miss you guys! Had a wonderful stay every time I walk back into the resort after a long day, in the parks, I would say oh my gosh this resort smells so good! Love the three bridges restaurant. Love the bars this is such a beautiful resort, but we need to keep it a secret.🤐💕

I don't know if you've been there before, but with Takumi Tei reopening, I would love to see Alan get some of their Japanese A5 wagyu. It was so good that it legit made me cry.

It's like the Disney Gods are trying to get me excited for my upcoming trip in Feb. First an email from Disney Destinations and now this video highlighting the resort we'll be staying at. Unfortunately, the tower was booked besides the suites, but I'm still excited to check this one out. First time this value resort gal is staying at a moderate. Excited that we have plenty of good food options right at our resort.

Stayed here July 2022, and loved it! We had a beautiful water view. The elevators were cool! We really liked Barcelona Bar, Toledo’s restaurant and Dahlia Lounge. Oh, we ate at three bridges and the sports bar also.
