Yaaaaaay! Noah's back! 😁 The German words you found are roughly, "Munich art has been cheerful and cozy for a long time." But the word "Gemütlichkeit" (here translated "cozy") actually has no real English counterpart. It denotes an atmosphere of gratitude, contentment, joy, harmony, and a state of being glad and pleased with life.

Noah, I hate to be that person, but, where was your mask? The mold could be key to your headaches. I’m only saying that as I care about you young man. Anyways, I enjoyed the explore as always and I loved the basement fireplace 😊

The seating area off of a kitchen like that is called a breakfast nook. Kind of a small informal eating area when you don't want or need to use a bigger dining table.

Looks like there was an inground pool that was buried. The layout looks too perfect not to have been a pool area.

Hey Noah. It's really awesome to see you. Interesting house for sure. Love all the wood paneling. That spot in the back that Ethan was walking on I think was a pool there. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.

That family/living room is amazing. Huge. This particular area is so sad. A lot of homes being demolished. I hope you're starting to feel better. Hugs as always

Looks like it had a pool but they filled it in with dirt. The easy and cheap way to get rid of a pool.

This house, in it’s day, was very nice! I loved the property!!! Loved the flagstone walkways! Gazebo was lovely! Loved the brick exterior! Loved the fireplaces! Loved the real wood paneling! The family room was my favorite with the real wood paneling, skylight & the built ins! Loved the patios! Sad that these properties will be torn down to make room for some cheaply made, cookie cutter houses 👎😢 Thank you Noah for another epic find! I loved it ❤️

The seating area in the kitchen would have had a table. Now, about that nail. I hope all of you Explorers have current tetanus shots. I know this nail missed your foot but maybe the next one won't. Thanks for the cool explore. Stay safe!

Noah! Great explore! Love the mansion 2 doors down, shows what will likely happen here. And safety shoes, or a heavier soled boot may keep you from the emergency room and tetanus shots. Just saying man.

Thanks Kenny! Glad you enjoyed! The whole neighborhood looks like the house two doors down. They are the last old homes in the area basically. I've been meaning to get safety shoes for a while, after this I've been looking haha

Hi Noah, as you see this soon to be demolished house, anything like ceiling lights, doors, windows, mirrors get smashed in the house, nothing is saved! I seen this in my neighbors house in Illinois USA. The developer will have a crew take appliances that are left & put in dump truck. I thought that all things should be offered free for anyone to take it, like people who had a fire in their house.
I was told by a crew man, he said the more removed the less work for them! Imagine that seating area in this kitchen, should of been taken maybe not kitchen, but what about basement? Same as toilets & sinks...they are expensive to buy new, they will be smashed!
Ok, the brick fireplace, bricks outside or flagstones, ask crew members if you can have brick for free, I did & got a patio floor & firepit for my yard. The Gazebo should of been taken, another thing that would be smashed! My neighbor had large swimming pool & wood decking was smashed, & jacuzzi was smashed. Just saying many things will not be saved! Thanks so much for this abandoned house you showed us! Take care & stay safe!

A very interesting observation. This is the first time I have encountered it, although I have seen a whole lot of exploration. I am not in favour of disturbing derelict buildings - even the moving of objects to arrange them for photographs, all those artificial arrangements of tables so that the owners have to leave the house before the meal - I am absolutely against it, not to mention, of course, theft and the like. As for the buildings that are going to be demolished in a few moments - you are right, allowing things to be destroyed that someone could use successfully is a huge loss and waste.

That guy was thinking of popcorn ceilings which profesor google told me was popular in the 90's and in my opinion looks terrible! lol. Anyways it took 5 seconds to look it up lol, that type of ceiling deffo was done to hide flaws\ imperfections in a wall or wherever... I mean there are other pattern you can make like the swirly things & all sort of stuff it looks like, and it took me 10 seconds to find out that textured walls\ ceilings reduce noise better than smooth, but anyways, that guy was thinking about that popcorn style not the swirly style..
