    The biggest issue i have with the Spectral ON 22 (that i own) is the stupid through the headset cabling. I replaced the headset bearings on mine recently and having to bleed the rear brake just to do something as simple as a headset bearing is silly, it has also put a really bad kink in the brake hose. If you do another revision of it please route the cables normally through the side of the frame.

    Just purchased the Spectral ON, carbon frame arrived damaged and customer support has been a nightmare.

    Make sure to film the delivery off truck to unboxing WITH NO PAUSES! Been hearing about bikes arriving damaged and canyon NOT HELPING 🫡

    as an owner of the GrandCancon On 8 with EP8 i would never buy a Bosch based GrandCanyon On or any other eMTB with Bosch. The EP8 is way more natural and has a super clean cockpit. My GrandCanyon On has a 630Wh with something like 120km/1500hm easily. Great bike for commuting and XC.

      Wait till you get an e010 error code your warranties out and that torque sensor problem cant be fixed, costing you nearly a grand and thats not fitted, the problem with shimano they arent reliable, be lucky if you get over 3000 miles , i wouldnt have another shimano due to problems i have personally had, i have rode a bosch and i wasnt impressed especially with so much hype on them, if shimano ever pull their fingers out to make a more serviceable motor i may consider another shimano as i do think they ride better than a bosch

    Eu sei fabricar essas bicicleta com pe com amao ,oque falta para nós brasileiro eo governo abri as mão daqueles que querem desenvolver projetos ,porque no Brasil tem tanta pessoas capaz que niguel da valor em seu projetos porque SAo pobre zezinho

    Really nice bikes… absolutely horrendous customer service that lets the brand down massively. As long as the customer service sucks, I’m not going to buy a Canyon no matter how good they are. Customer service is essential especially when it comes to e-bikes. Despite all the fancy marketing drivel anyone who actually rides e-bikes properly knows that they break all the time and that both motors and batteries are totally unreliable.

    Mal schauen was das Strive:On nächstes Jahr bekommt. Größerer Akku u neuer Boschmotor? Platz wurde ja nicht umsonst gelassen 😉.
    Dann hole ich mir nach 2 Spectral:ON das Strive passt besser zum Fahrstil🎉
    Und bitte bis dahin bessere Farben. Die Farben sind beim Strive ON (außer Topmodel) sehr laaaangweilig.

    I am about to pull the trigger and get a torque:on....but I keep hearing so many bad things about costumer service and warranty :(

      Cant confirm this. Got my Strive in january and hat one small issue with the bushguard. 1 Day and 1 Email later i got the oes part.

    It's meaningless to show an e-MTB going downhill. It doesn't use the motor.

    if "the rider is first" and as you stated you listening costumers so why:
    - you make cables routed through headset which make simple headset bearing service much harder..?
    - why your customer service decline warranty claims only based by "Canyon's material specialists" who never seen bike and refers only to some pictures?
    - why don't you offer rear triangle as a part to buy? For example If I crash and break chainstay in spectral:on the only way to fix the bike is to buy complete frame set for 1800$... it's pathetic..
