So in '73 when I played after-school soccer in eighth grade when that sport was being super promoted by public schools, our Fairmont Elementary School team was black and white kids and we gave it our best. But the day our school bus rolled up to Terra Nova, I think it was, all the players were Chicano boys with their families along the sidelines and whoa, a whole 'nother world. And they smoked us and I was honestly impressed. They played a beautiful game and they were passionate about soccer. And goodness, nobody accused them of privilege or anything, they simply grew up with that game and they loved it. Fans of Caitlin’s game will have to accept that she is not an independent thinker but a product of the woke campuses that exist all over the US (apparently her boyfriend and his family are uber liberals which no doubt has a big influence over her. I think a lot of people tuned in to the league for the first time to see her, and their initial reaction after watching a couple quarters was, "Well, now I know why this league has never made money in 25 years."

Factually, statistically, she’s the worst decision maker in the wnba and nba by baseline analytics (turnovers) and she’s also the lowest by advanced analytics (turnover to assist ratio x defensive rating) a crude explanation using even numbers to explain, let’s say she gets 10 turnovers per game and her defensive rating says she allows 20 points per 10 turnovers but she averages 10 assists worth 25 points. I do feel for the fans and people of Hawkeye nation. They're good people there and the feeling of "sell-out" is never a good one.
