In this video I show you how to make a sequence from scratch with VPS Avenger 2! How to create your own User folder: • How To Create Your Own... Thank you for watching!
I love Avenger 2 so much! I only wish that you could have longer drum sequences in the box, so you could have the entire composition all there. But still. I'm not complaining. I loves, loves me this Synth beyond any other synth (well, a long side Falcon 3) Forgot to say: this is the only synth I know where you can just quickly grab a sample or basic waveform for the oscillator generator, and it sounds near perfect out of the box. So far all you've added for FX is the Quantum delay on the chords. No other FXs nor Filters and MAN. Sounds better than most synths. 9:00
Hey! If you have all the parts of the sequence set to on (not solo), when you play a key, or insert one note into piano roll, all the parts will play and that can then be bounced in Logic. Is that what you wanted to know?
Is there a tutorial on how to make an actual song? ie. intro, chorus, fill, chorus, outro. I don't know how to do this without using multiple instances
Hi Mike, may I ask how you set up your videos using the equipment that you have, and how are you able to put Avenger on screen like that and still have a great sound when listening with the headphones. Right now I"'m plugging my keyboard directly into my video camera's input jacks. But if I want to record myself using the Avenger I would have to point my camera at me and my computer at the same time. Any advice thanks bud. I thank you for these tutorials on the Avenger, learning a lot :)
@@naturesrecovery4516 I haven't used that one before, but you could give it a try! I'm not sure if Screencast-o-Matic has a way of capturing sound, but if not, there are drivers available such as Blackhole Audio that you might want to try! QuickTime Player is also able to record the screen.
Hi Mike, another question, are you able to create your own music with AV2 without the presets sounds, for example write my own Bass patterns and Drum patterns?
Hello there! New subscriber here, also new to Avenger. Would you be kind enough to tell me if there is a way to have the accompaniment playing even if I raise the left hand on the keyboard? Because I don't want the sequence to stop every time I lift my left hand. Thanks in advance, keep up the good work!

Yes, absolutely! I’ll be doing more Avenger 2 content! 🙂
Wov!!! Thanks so much Mike!!! Bless you
Is there a possibility to bounce all the tracks down from a sequence - all of a sudden. Not always soloing everything ? Thanks

Hey! Glad you’re enjoying the tutorials! I use software called ScreenFlow to record the screen and that also lets me record the sound! :-)
@@MikeMusicMaking Ah, a screen recorder, duh lol thank you. I have screen-o-matic, can I use that?

Hey! You can definitely create your own patterns with the arpeggiator (ARP) and drum sequencer (DrumSQ). Is that what you wanted to know?
@@MikeMusicMaking Yes, say if I want to do a cover song, I'll be able to do that right?
@naturesrecovery4516 Oh yes! It’s very versatile in how you can edit things.
@@MikeMusicMaking Thanks, I'll continue to watch your tutorial's cause you break down all the functions :)

Hey! Thank you! I found a workaround for holding chords down. Check out my video tutorial here: ruclips.net/video/oRxuEcQRlxc/видео.html
@@MikeMusicMaking Thanks I will give it a try although I'm a studio one user. Hopefully the script is applicable to my DAW
