If I remember correctly, Kemper had a terrible relationship with his mother. I think he killed her as well.
He knew what he did was terribly wrong and turned himself in. Not something most killers never do: admit wrong-doing.

I have Mercury here (ruler of my moon in Hasta) conjunct Sun Jupiter,and Neptune in Mula. Super interesting. Was not aware of the association with water. I’m a pescatarian. Thanks for sharing.
