- In this video I'm going to show you how to turn on Facebook Professional Mode.
This is a solution for you if the Professional Mode option is not showing on your Facebook account.
There are actually 5 ways to get Facebook Professional Mode showing in your settings so that you can turn it on. If you take these steps, you will be able to turn it on 100%.

Hi Dave another very informative video thanks for sharing all this GREAT info. I'm obviously late to the party butI I have a question for you, actually two. So from the above information that you supplied it would suggest that adding a 2nd profile to have a brand/business seperate from your personal profile will not get us "professional mode" for the simple fact the 2nd profile states to use a nickname/ psuedo name and it doesn't require your real name? Which then makes it a mute point since many of us created a 2nd profile so we didn't have to use our real name, go figure! My second question is simple 9 well maybe)...I do have professional mode listed under my personal profile if i turn than on will it work for both profiles or just my personal profile? TIA 👍

I created a second business profile, not using my name. Its a nickname, a brand specifically for content creation and in a few days already have 2000 followers. Now from your information, appears its impossible to make it a professional profile. Oh well, hard work for nothing 😢
I just did the exact same thing! I see I have a professional mode option for my main/ personal profile, but as you mentioned the second profile for our brand/business states to use a nickname or pseudo name which from the info above doesn't allow us to get professional mode on the 2nd profile. Why does FB have to be so difficult to use??

I turned on professional mode but I have a warning for an earlier comment which restricts me from getting my reels monetized. Is there a way around this?
Those restrictions are usually in place for a specific time period. You'll likely just have to wait it out

But I have a Page, not a personal profile. How do I turn on Professional mode with that? Is it the same as a Creator? I have an option for "Professional Dashboard" where it shows insights on engagement. I don't want to create a new 'personal' profile for my brand because I already have a rapidly growing audience (244% in 1 week!) and they are engaging with my content.
Yeah, this is for profiles only, not pages
Everything a professional mode offers is already on a page.
Professional mode is a method that tries to incorporate sone of the features of a page to an ordinary profile.
None of these methods work. Even the last - FB dont reply to emails or messages! So no, not 100% fixed. Anyone else know how to fix this?
Step #5 is contacting FB via Meta Verified Support. It's Live Chat... they respond instantly :)

Once professional mode is enabled, can you link it to an Instagram account through business manager? You have to do this to 1) post reels to FB and IG at the same time, and 2) Schedule IG posts through a third party.
Professional Mode doesn't affect anything in business manager, so if you're doing this using a regular profile then you'll still be able to when using Pro Mode

My own FB and IG accounts are so messed up with connections and sharing.
My 2 problems to solve are 1) being able to schedule FB and IG posts and 2) sharing IG stories to FB.
My wife can do this on her accounts, but mine can't for some reason.

None of these methods work for me. I reached out to support and they don't know why except the last rep finally mentioned that it has something to do with old content that can't be switched but who knows what the real issue is.

@@YunaPROwell normally the second account doesn't have your actual name , that's for the main account. So then you can't go professional on your second account.

That's correct. It allows for unlimited followers, but still 5k friends

Yeah, the follow button won't show for every user or for every location that someone sees your profile. But, if someone clicks on your profile, they will be able to choose the option of following you from there.

Not working for me. Made a football fan profile a and it shows there, but not on my main page where I post reels , stories and inspired stuff. 🤦🏻♀️ I don't care to have it on my football fan profile. I want it on my main account. So frustrating. Tried it on my football profile then it exposes all the groups im in or have and they are private. 🤦🏻♀️ I think I'll just create website would be less frustrating.
