So from the above information that you supplied it would suggest that adding a 2nd profile to have a brand/business seperate from your personal profile will not get us "professional mode" for the simple fact the 2nd profile states to use a nickname/ psuedo name and it doesn't require your real name? Which then makes it a mute point since many of us created a 2nd profile so we didn't have to use our real name, go figure! My second question is simple 9 well maybe)...I do have professional mode listed under my personal profile if i turn than on will it work for both profiles or just my personal profile? TIA 👍

Can you help me out buddy? I transition from my personal Facebook to professional mode yesterday. I sat there and make sure all my settings were how they should be, and everything went pretty smoothly I must say. However, my problem is that my Page Category is not being displayed on my home screen prevalently under Details. For instance, my profile should say: Details: Page: Arts & Entertainment. As the way it stands now, the user has to tap on "See more details about Chris" and only then will it show them the page category. When I go into my edit details, it shows that my arts and entertainment category is set to public. But then when I go to the actual section to tap on the checkbox on or off to make sure that the category is displaying publicly, the check box is empty and it's greyed out... So what's going on? I sent two reports to Facebook yesterday. No response yet.

@@YunaPROwell normally the second account doesn't have your actual name , that's for the main account. So then you can't go professional on your second account.
Once professional mode is enabled, can you link it to an Instagram account through business manager? You have to do this to 1) post reels to FB and IG at the same time, and 2) Schedule IG posts through a third party.
Professional Mode doesn't affect anything in business manager, so if you're doing this using a regular profile then you'll still be able to when using Pro Mode

My own FB and IG accounts are so messed up with connections and sharing. My 2 problems to solve are 1) being able to schedule FB and IG posts and 2) sharing IG stories to FB. Everything a professional mode offers is already on a page. Professional mode is a method that tries to incorporate sone of the features of a page to an ordinary profile.

Yeah, the follow button won't show for every user or for every location that someone sees your profile. But, if someone clicks on your profile, they will be able to choose the option of following you from there.

Those restrictions are usually in place for a specific time period. You'll likely just have to wait it out

None of these methods work. Even the last - FB dont reply to emails or messages! So no, not 100% fixed. Anyone else know how to fix this?
