Telegram will work on windows the same way it does on Mac, but for the voice activation (Apple Shortcuts) you'd need to find a windows equivalent... Which I'm not familiar with unfortunately. But as long as there's a tool that can dictate speech and send the transcript to N8N it's 100% possible!
It's the same process, all you need to do is open "Shortcuts" app on your iPhone and setup the "Dictate Text" + "Get Contents of URL" + "Show Notification" actions 👍 You can read more about the shortcuts app for iPhone here: support.apple.com/guide/shortcuts/welcome/ios
