Wrapping the fabric around the bottom bar

Step by step explanation of how to wrap the fabric around a bottom bar - straight double cover.

After taking the material out of the bottom bar to cut off a few inches which had got stained by mildew, I worked out what to do, but not how to do it - an excellent demo thanks. It will take me longer than you, but I'm now confident I can reassemble this as I have tools which will do the job and can use my workmate to use as a clamp.

What is the width and thickness of the tape being used?
