Despite SC directions, Indian agencies have been accused of not doing enough to check the trend.
From conspiracy theories like ‘love jihad’ to direct calls for attacks against minorities, the 10 years of the Narendra Modi government have witnessed the Hindutva hate speech factory working overtime. This has also seen a rise in VIP hate speech amid accusations that the Indian state hasn’t done enough to rein in the culprits. The Supreme Court had earlier directed the police to register suo motu cases and not wait for complaints. But that hasn’t changed much on the ground.

The problem is that there are very few police personnel and resources which can prevent violence if hate speech persists.
Drone tech and telescopic cameras should be available for the police personnel who need to control and punishment. Police should not be the puppy for any politician and should be independent as an organisation and answerable only to the courts. Don't know why the police don't adopt the technology large scale when necessary for crowd management.

Karnataka government gave minority reservations from Obc quota, in past they removed sc st reservations from amu aligarh, and jamia milia.
Karnataka they sanctioned monetary allocation for mosques and taxes on Temples, in bihar they added peaceful holidays and removed hindu festival holidays.
In 2013-14 they passed a draconian waqf act that grabs land from hindus to give to peacefuls, and is now 3 rd largest land owner, they didn't attend Ram Temple, and Didn't reply after 26/11 to please their votebank.
