I've personally taken a look at the video and it seems to be playing without any issue on the desktop, but as you've reported it's buffering on the RUclips app and I did notice the same. The better we understand the issue, the better we can work towards a solution. At the moment, I'm unable to provide a specific timeline for a solution, however once our engineers have applied the fix, it will be automatically implemented in our systems.
