Talkroute is a good phone, messaging, voicemail system. I like it because I can have multiple phone numbers on my phone and it's pretty easy to navigate.
Rentopian is top-notch too and they actually have real customer service.

Hi, Could you please tell me how to accept a deposit with Square? It seems that Square does not support Pre-authorization for deposits.

I haven't used Square in a long time and I don't think they have that feature. That's why I use Rentopian rental software.
