    Thank you very much for this information. As a bodybuilder who suffers from a lot of pain such as sciatica, and has seen a lot of physical therapists and other types of people such as coaches who prescribe lots of stretching...I've unfortunately been making my problems worse all these years! I've been stretching almost every time I train! So I really needed to hear this!
