I love Glasgow, especially at Christmas time, night shopping is the best, and the festival was always lovely to go to c: Did you not like it? I am in Australia. My parents thought moving here was a chance at a better life for future purposes (which right now, sounds like they did the right thing ha ha). Plus, my Dad came here when he was younger, and loved it, so I think he always wanted to go and when the time came, he asked.

I love it when it snows in Glasgow as there are some nice walks to be had, like through Pollok Park, or high above Glasgow in Eaglesham. Buchanan Street is nice at this time of year too.
