Ikr, My mom passed away when I was 6. Didn't even dream about this option then. Well, that was long ago. Now I work on these Machine Learnings and Artificial Intelligence. Apart from that, we had Ovi maps in Symbian 3 (Nokia 8 and others) where we could record our voices for directions. And this one here, usually the voice is synthesized. They don't record everything. AI assistants usually just read out the sentences given to them. These sentences are mostly in XML like format where there are different parameters like tempo, pitch, etc which controls the emotions of each part of sentences so as to sound them more human like.

I am vice chairperson of the managing committee of this foundation. MND is in fact a fatal disease, the diagnosis is a death sentence with average lifespan on 3 to 5 yes after diagnosis. We are glad that Samsung took this initiative and that you reviewed it. I hope it helps to create awareness and helps those suffering from MND.

hey, I am a 20 years old college student, and I lost my mom last year. Its tough, even for me to just live without her. I cried seeing this, and though it was manipulating, I still praise Samsung for doing this. For a 7-year-old not having her mom is so tough, I know that it can not be perfect, but even I would have such a thing if it would have been possible.

I lost my dad two years ago and we were very close..he was my hero...but saw him die slowly everyday...and I could do nothing but stand and watch....he was terminally ill...he stopped talking and moving in the later part of his life...so I started filming him everyday before he lost his speech and voice....so now I can see him and at least hear his voice once in a day....yeah it tears me apart knowing that I can't touch him or hug him or listen to him or hold his forefinger and go out for walks like we did when I was a kid but yeah at least I can see him and hear him in those videos so that I can remember every part of him and appreciate him for the best he did for his family.....so yeah I think samsung came up with a brilliant idea for keeping the bond between parents and their children intact and strong....because no matter what the relation between parents and their children is something that words ain't enough to describe....

However medicine is available for decreasing the rate of spreading of the disease... But beside that too most of the people loses their lives within 2 years. Its sad... I grew up in an era of bulky vhs ? recorders, that were also expensive to own. So i just have memmories of many of my family who have passed away, in this modern times with smart phones, we can have video's of fun times and see a person speaking. I know it's life yes, that some move on to the other side, but its not easy, even with many years passing. I just hope i never loose my memories. I just feel a bit calmer to watch your reaction video's and listen to you all debate and express your feelings. If the little girl feel's comfort from her mother's voice, then yes = so be it. I felt what your feelings was and are brother and u are unmistakably right, because some times no matter how much u hate them, disagree with them or having your own kind of differences with each other, that eventually you'll miss them in some or all ways, it can be their voices, acts or yells or the way how they did or do their things, beside that they're alive or passed, is just enough to be far from them and that is by itself enough to so that u eventually feel that, it happens for me like all the time despite the times that I wished I was in that moment or time away but It will happen, so yeah I admire the effort that is Samsung and Google putting on it, to do things like that and sorry 🙏 for your losses man, good bless u and your family, peace be with & on you 🙌.

I grew up in an era of bulky vhs ? recorders, that were also expensive to own. So i just have memmories of many of my family who have passed away, in this modern times with smart phones, we can have video's of fun times and see a person speaking. I know it's life yes, that some move on to the other side, but its not easy, even with many years passing. I just hope i never loose my memories. I just feel a bit calmer to watch your reaction video's and listen to you all debate and express your feelings. If the little girl feel's comfort from her mother's voice, then yes = so be it. Emotions can lift us all up, or at times lower us down. thanks i enjoy to watch.
I dont why, but I think it would make it harder for you to move on from that incident as hearing the voice would always remind you of them.
My mom had same disease MND.. She was forbidden for more than 7 years including 3years in ventilator..she is no more...i literally shattered when I saw woman in ICU scene.. I can still feel my mom 's pain...
