Wait until the peak of spring and the first half of summer, nature is awesome!!!! All green and fresh and nice weather...That's when Serbia is the most beautiful. =)
Hey man. Here's an idea, there's a very old part of Belgrade called Zemun, maybe u've seen it from Kalemegdan across the river. It has a very rich history, the oldest part of Belgrade actually. U should definitely come to Zemun and make one of your videos about it, because i think u would be interested by this place :D
If church doesn't have a sign on the door 'filming forbidden' (they are usually in form of icon of photo camera) then you can film freely, but you can never use flash lights, because it hurts the images inside. And if I recall it right you can film in the St. Sava temple but if you can check that. Any way you can ask for the priests or people who sell the religious items inside for permission. They wont be offended by the question, don't worry.
human statue with saber - Karadjordje - Black George, duke, like local governor and later military leader during the First serbian uprising 1804. .. founder of Karadjordjevic dynasty with heir till today you know that one of the kings from that dynasty died in USA - Peter II, king of Yugoslavia welcome to Belgrade
Some people already said it, but let me say it again, feel free to enter any of our churches, it's not forbidden for non orthodox people and no one will bother you, don't worry about that. Make sure only not to be loud and not to enter the space behind that wall of icons you see in front of you when you step inside. And if you get permission make sure to be as quite as possible while filming because that's the sign of respect.
Why would you dissrespect anybody by going into a church?XD Nobody will get offended, feel free to enter.Oh and I promise that nobody will convert you to orthodoxy XD
It's not Karađorđević. It is Karađorđe, or precisly Đorđe Petrović. ( -ić is deminutive suffix with meaning "litle one, heir or so. That's why most of our last names end with -ić. Oh, you can use -ić, or -ica when you are making deminutive of almost any word. That's a small help about learning Serbo-Croat language) "Kara" means "black" in Turkish. For them he was Black George, as everything else that was bad for them. " Kara Dag" for instance. That means Montenegro.... We don't like Karađorđevići, his today's inheritors. They are disquasting british peers, and degenerated masonic dushbags.... Only some our dushbags like them, as Vuk Draškovič, for instance, a british mercenarie.... In folk poetry, only one man is described as a real heir of Karađorđe. Slobodan Milošević. No matter they are not blood related.
I´ve been in that church 5 years ago! It is so big!
