Apologize for the audio guys! I know it's not the best, but I got a new mic and had it on the wrong setting, but this was my second time recording b/c I forgot to turn it on the first time! D'oh! Well, better audio days ahead (i hope). What are you using in your skincare these days?
Thanks for the update! I also use the CeraVe PM for both am & PM. I also like the Timeless C. I did want to mention something I noticed. Perhaps you do it when not filming, but you didn't apply sunscreen to your ears. I think it's important because so many older people I've known have gotten pre-cancerous lesions on the tops of their ears.
American sunscreen filters are out of date. CeraVe AM is utilitarian, unpleasant and effective. I use Hada Labo Gokujun UV white gel SPF50 + PA ++++ as my moisturizer layer before sunscreen. Lately I've been using Ultrasun EXTREME SPF50+. as my sunscreen layer. My work keeps me outdoors a couple of hours a day.
interesting! yes i have seen them around but i am a little bit of a skeptic about that brand b/c they promote that they're founded by MIT grads yet there is literally no information about who they are. i don't like it when brands obfuscate information! it'd be one thing if they didn't promote that they're founded by MIT grads, but to promote that and then not share any further detail makes me raise an eyebrow. but that's good to hear that it's received so well!
Hi! I've been using the Timeless serums, love them so much! for morning moisturizer I use the CeraVe PM following with the Australian Gold Botanical Sunscreen (tinted), I was using the Innisfree for dry skin, but they don't have it anymore in Amazon or Ebay, well they have it but they raise the price from $15 to $30 :( the regular Innisfree sunscreens they are about $8. I'd like to try the Pure Block looks like it has the same finish from the Innisfree; I understand when you're talking abut the feeling on sunscreens that we have in USA. Anyway, and for the night, I have a month using the Olay regenerist and omG! in the morning my skin is very plum, radiant and glowing.
Great! i have used olay off and on over the years. The regenerist serum is actually v. similar to the boots serum i used in this video from a texture perspective so it's not my fave! but olay is def a solid option
I love me some skincare updates! And I like your choices :) I just bought my cerave face wash without even checking the ingredients. Turned out it has paraben and just broke my heart as im pregnant right now 💔
ohh but honestly, parabens are totally fine! it's fearmongering truly. i understand if you want to be extra cautious, but just know that without parabens, there are usually some other ingreds that may be worse! so definitely just be on the look out for that. :)
lightest to heaviest genearlly speaking... but i also like to put on the stuff with the main 'active' ingredients first (e.g., tretinoin in the evenings)
Have you tried biore aqua rich watery gel? I've seen that you used last year the essence version, but I prefer the gel because it has less alcohol. And the newer version ( 2019 ) don't have!
I have a vitamin c serum and the sunprise spf that you mentioned in a previous video, but I'm still like for a moisturizer with more spf for that added protection. I was considering the CeraVe because i like the cleanser but I don't like that greasy feeling. Thanks for letting me know before I bought it!
yeah! avoid that! for things that are commonly available in the US, i used the aveeno SPF15 moisturizer before and found it to be quite a decent product--better than the Cerave AM for sure! spf 15 on its own is a little light, but layered with additional sunscreen and it's not a bad option!
This review came around quick! I love the pm Cerave which we can't get in the UK but hate the am one which we can get. Life. I'm using Make Prem sun screen which I've bought repeatedly for 2 years. And a whole host of actives from different brands. Currently using skincuiticals vit c but mad hippie is my next one. Thanks for the vid lovely xoxo
Always enjoy your videos! Just curious if you have ever tried the Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum before... looking for more opinion and sharing before buying it :)
i have not! but it's got the same derivative of vit C that's in the No7 serum i used on this video. i think people generally have positive things to say about it, but i have not personally used it before.
I also wasn't a fan of the Klairs vitamin C drops. I'm just applying it to the backs of my hands to use it up and switched to Timeless vitamin C+E+ferulic acid for the face.
Poem10304 umm m with the ordinary product it has been a week but not in good result😫@ morning im using olehenriksen truth serum.olehenk ceeam an sunscreen from murad !!
Mala Pandhak You might need to try something else if it’s been a week or two and not showing results. Though for anti-aging ingredients, I read it can take 3 months to start seeing results.

I didn't really notice an audio problem. Your skin looks lovely by the way. Your routine is obviously working.

Yes good point! I don’t usually do it bc I’m usually indoors all day and have hair down, but it’s something I should be more diligent about for sure!
I always enjoy your quarterly updates! Thanks for sharing 🙂
And the audio is fine btw! 😉
thanks jess!!

Indeed! Come on FDA get with the program!
Yes! Love Ultrasun. Very high protection with minimal irritants.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend trying Mae Love Glow Maker serum. I’m obsessed. It has a beautiful texture and I find it quite effective.

Totally get that!

I had the amore pacific bottle for half a year and I never knew that’s how you’re suppose to pour it! Haha
Haha! It’s genius. Hehe

Thanks for all the videos!!! Can you do a video on how to layer skincare? Thanks

I have used and love the makeprem! Haven’t made a review on that here but I’m currently out. It’s a great product.
:) so funny that basically ur current AM routine isabout things u do not enjoy! Hehe
Does that other sunscreen leave a white cast I want to buy some Korean sunscreen but scared that they will leave a white cast

Vit-C makes my face so RED! Any suggestions on a product that may not do that?
I also wasn't a fan of the Klairs vitamin C drops. I'm just applying it to the backs of my hands to use it up and switched to Timeless vitamin C+E+ferulic acid for the face.
yes the timeless is much better all around!
Why u need 2 chemical sunscreens? 1st is CeraVe 30 spf and after that one more? Thanks
Hi! Just bc you’re supposed to use about 1/4 tsp of sunscreen. I did it in two layers with diff sunscreens instead of all using the same thing.
Can u ? Which cream is best for malesma either sunscreen!!
sorry! don't have a good answer for you here!
Anything with brightening ingredients such as niacinamide, and probably the more gentle glycyrrhiza (licorice) root.
