My mind getting relaxed and due to this process my mind started releasing of different kinds of positive thoughts ( self control-calmness-positivity) and later on I was and I am able to come over to control myself and now I can control my thoughts and emotions without any anxiety or fear

Kyunki mera koi guru nhi tha. Khud se paper p bani huwi circle ko ektak adhe ghante tak practice karta tha.
