She is so gorgeous and her story is amazing and beautiful! I absolutely love it and as a Christan, this story really fits the theme of Christmas and the Bible. Because sin is a part of us- and will always be in our past. But we can try to be better. Not trying to be the crazy "ACCEPT THE LORD OR DIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE" girl just saying how much appreciate how much this fits and how lovely the doll is!

I tip if you want to paint something black: instead of dying it, use sharpie (permeant marker) it will not chip off at all and it will stain.

Gorgeous custom as always!! The gold really tied this together, and I love the contrast between the softness of the clothes + hair and the demon arm! When I first saw the thumbnail I thought she may have been one of those Dream Valley BJD sculpts haha, but you did a great job making the attachments look seamless and beautiful!

OK, not only is this doll absolutely stunning you did a fantastic job on her face which is so angelic and then her hair?! I’ve only seen that type of hair on larger porcelain type dolls I’ve never seen it use on a smaller doll like this I think it’s absolutely darling the curls are so cute just nicely done all the way around. And I do want to finish with this, I love the story behind the extra arm, that’s a story that’s important for everyone to understand that it’s OK do have what you have make it a part of you make it special to you and others will see that and it will be special to them as well thank you for that that was beautiful ❤️

Also, cork for a handle seems much better than my solution for a reroot tool, which was a hot glue stick lol. I love that kind of hair though, on pack can last for so long, and since it’s so dense, I don’t have to reroot the entire head, just a few thick rows.

For the reroot technic I used a drill chuck. Than I decided to use the sewing method, but now I’m thinking of a different method where I can put in two hanks at once put the through the neck hole and tie them together. I don’t want to do the plug and glue method because I’m kind of skeptical about using as lot of glue on a doll.

they're a little pricey but the bobbi brown eyeshadow brushes are really soft (they're amazing from a makeup p.o.v) and I reckon they'd be pretty good for blushing w/ pastels for doll customs, p.s. love the content

Have you tried making a reroot tool with either the handle of an exactor knife or a school compass? Those are usually a great substitute for a reroot tool.

Did you know that Angels as described in the Bible are actually pretty terrifying. Like some of them are vaguely humanoid, but most are described as creatures with many eyes, wings, limbs, etc. Not the typical angelic figures in gold and white robes and are beautiful. Idk where I heard this but it’s true

This custom is awesome I e tried to repair my dolls but It never came out as expected
What glue do you suggest using for creating yarn hair wefts? Also what glossy varnish do you use? Trying to get my supplies for starting to try my hand at this! :)
PVA glue works fine for wefts.
My high gloss varnish is the one from Liquitex ;)

Little Poem for her!
The evil within the good
The perfect angel this little girl was
With golden tears running down her face
2 pair of wings to touch all the starts
Perfect until she discovered her fate.
The evil made her blind like a bat
To not see the gold that she had
One day she discovered it wasn't a sin
It was, actually, the demon within.
She could have took this demon out
Nobody knew if it would be worse
But she denied, because she realised
That this "demon within" was a part of her.
It was always there, just like light on a dark room
She just needed to turn the lights on
And in the middle of the doom, she found the peace
Inside of the evil, the peace she deserved!
That's PRETTY BAD poem- but i did try my best!...Better find something else to do besides making poems-
