Episode 3 - Transitioning to Barefoot Shoes. Southwest Coast Path Cornwall

As part of my transition from conventional shoes for running and daily day to day life, I am using my Vivobarefoot Primus Trail Firm Ground as much as possible.
Today's walk takes in the beautiful views from the Southwest Coast Path in southern Cornwall not far from St. Austell, and passes by Vault Beach, well known locally as a naturist or nudist beach, and through Gorran Haven, a beautiful Cornish village with lots to offer walkers including cafes, a bar and a gorgeous sandy beach.
