This is so heartbreaking. Thank you for putting this all into the story. At the end I had tears in my eyes. It's all so sad and painful and real. Like they show how fucked up life is. That there are bad and good moments, and even if you have the best time with your friends the people who really understand you, you are still alone. But in this aloneness you are together. And the ending... I really believe what someone said before me, that they are dead and that's why they are young forever. OMG.

kind of have multiple mini theories going on and I want to voice it out here (you may have different theories, reply in my comment if you got some too!) -Jin's undetermined death (based off of one of the theorys down in the comment section here) Jin knew he would die first so he did his best to keep memories of it. That's why he always brought a camera along to take pictures and videos to give everyone to remember him since he was also aware that they were suicidal. -Suga and Kookie fighting in Run's MV (idk kinda noticed this) Yoongi was attempting to commit suicide but Kookie was trying to save him. Jungkook was shocked when Suga fought against him and showed him the intense pain he felt when Jin had passed away. (Run MV ends here) -Jungkook walking out at night (may be seen differently) After failing his attempt of saving his friend and loosing his other friends as well he completely looses his point of living. -Young forever's MV theory(??) Everyone has passed away. Now looking forward to meeting each other again, they have to overcome this obstacle of guilt and memories. Their souls remember the times that they regretted and the times they cherished. The maze (the fences) were meant to symbolize their memories. Now wanting to meet each other even more they begin to run (run :^)) uhuhu reference) around in the labyrinth of memories, wanting to get to thr exit and wonderinf if they would meet each other again...
I also have a theory: in young forever you can see they are all trapped in a maze, but you can see through the fences, so you can technically see they way out. I think this represents not death, but not even life. So some kind of coma. You can also see that when the camera shows each member there are different flashbacks, which are the cause of the coma (for jhope the pills, for suga the fire, for jimin the water, so drowning etc.). The end is the most intriguing part because they do come out of the maze, but we don't know if it's because they die or they live.

For me, it is pretty obvious that Taehyung represents the Butterly. And I think, its hidden message when he jumped into the ocean is 'him' soaring high for his dreams. But eventually, he plopped down into the sea of problems, hesitations, etc. because we all know that our dreams aren't easy to reach. But in the RUN, it shows us that Taehyung didn't die (if u know what I mean) and he survived. It means, he's standing up again-and he's not gonna give up on his dreams and he'll keep on RUNNING to reach it.

I think this is the most memorable bts MV I've seen. I came across this before, not knowing bts, it just capture my attention particularly the hurt and pain they portrayed, specifically Taehyung. Just this year, since they always appear on my fb reels, YT shorts, etc, I decided to watch their vids and bon voyage. It was only then I came to know them, now I can put a name in their respective faces. I can jow recognize their respective voices from each other. I have come to admire them, their work, and their bond. Watching this MV now, it hurts more specially when a tear stream down Jin's face.
looking back at this after watching the new short films that night released. jin is dead and like a guardian angel watching over the younger ones he's sad and crying because he sees what they are going through. Suga commented suicide by setting the room on fire that's why the blood went across the painting of him in the wings begin with Jungkook and ravens mean death which means Jungkook died when the car hit him that's why he was remembering when he woke up from the nightmare but it wasn't a nightmare it was true and he's in the after life that's why he's in white like jin now in begin. j hope died on the bridge and jinmin is going crazy in the bathtub he can't believe it that's why the tub pops back up in lie part2 of wings he's in a mental institution because j hope death made him crazy and he's remembering the things they use to do and imaging j hope is still there he's trying to escape the reality with a lie. and in stigma V got caught for killing his dad and is going to jail you see the puppy pop up which symbolizes his light and innocence but then it leaves and he gets caged in which symbolizes his dark side and he's trapped in his darkness the light has left him when he killed his dad. this is what I have so far.
as you can see jin is the only one with camera and keeps having scenes where he can see everyone which symbolizes watching over. V is thinking about committing suicide that's why he keeps going on to edges and he is in the water drowning which is symbolizing him drowning in his guilt. young forever is actually the ending to wings because as you can see they were trapped and separated but then they finally found their way to each other again and you see the birds flying away and a plane which means to fly away and be free they are finally free.

After few of them died in I Need You why are they still look fine in Prologue (except V)? 3. It's possible that he crashed his car into the water because in the the original ending of Prologue (that was cut away for some reason) he is ominously alone in the car on water. It's also hinted at by the members kicking the toy car into the water. What do you think? 2. + 3. + 4. The moments when they're all together with Jin can be separated into memories of old times with him and the fact that they all still "see" Jin because they weren't able to move on after his death. (Or maybe Jin is the one who creates new fake memories after death?) In the first version of the Prologue Jin is shown ontop of water in the car (like I said before) and he looks at the Polaroid picture he took with Suga but you can only see Suga -- Jin *isn't* in the photograph. 5. I'm not sure about the flower symbolism but the fact that he holds 6 petals definitely stands for the other members. The flower is projected on to his heart so that's where the members are for him. 6. The short films should probably watched after this whole story. These are just my thoughts that I collected from the videos and some comments I read. All of their stories can be interpreted in a lot of ways and I think that's really amazing because the story means something else for everyone who watches it. I Love BTS there is an app called Webtoon, which is like a comic app, then search up “Save Me” when you make an account/log in, and you can read it for free! It is in episodes, and they update every week. But you don’t have to wait for them to release, since the comic finished already, and you can read them whenever you want^^ the drawings are really pretty, but I won’t spoil anything 😊💜 I loved it though.

I found out the whole story. Jin is actually dead... In i need u they all found out about his death thats why they are suicidal or depressed. In prologue it was jins life flashing before his eyes. In run they all try to ignore about his death but slowley they all realise that he is actually dead. But suga didnt want to accept it after jungkook told him about it and jimin burnt the picture cause he didnt want to believe it. Also in run when jin was in the truck and everyone went on there was only 5 at the back and rap monster was driving as he did in the prologue. And in young forever i have no idea what happend

Watching this now and thinking that this is just one of the many reasons why I love BTS so much. Their artistry, feelings they put into their music, how charismatic they are, nothing about BTS is without meaning. And to this day I did not come across k-pop group that's like them. Guys anyone who wants an explanation can find it in a webtoon named "save me" by bighit 1. RM: he will be prisoned by a rich man on misbehaving in a petrol pump and end up dying in there. 2. Jin: he will stay alive and keep going back to time to save all memebers but he would not be able to do it. 3. Suga: he will burn himself in an apartment cause he will be tired of his family fights. 4. Jhope: he will have a disease of falling asleep anywhere and he will fall from stairs because he will fall asleep while going down (he saw his mother that's why he go down) and end up dying. 5. Jimin: he will drown himself in water because he will be tired of living his life alone as his parents will make him live in a hospital for atleast half of his life. 6. V: he will kill his father because his father always tortured his sister and end up in prison. 7. Kookie: he will get hit by a car while walking on road and will die on the spot. And they all will die except jin and he will keep going back in time to save them but he will always fail to save one of them and go back in time again but fate is unchangeable so it's impossible. ...And if anyone wants to read the webtoon you can download an app named webtoon on playstore or you can also search it on google by writting "save me webtoon".
i think i get it, i think that Jin killed himself or died accidentally, the others grieved and decided they can't live without him. in I Need U, we see J-Hope overdose, Jungkook get beat up and what seems to be hit by a car, Jimini drowned himself in the bath and Suga set himself on fire, i don't know what happened to rap monster as i can't work it out. however, V is the only one left wanting to be back with his friends. we see at the end of the prologue and beginning of run that V jump into water. at the end of run he rises which I've read that people think he never died, but at the end of young forever you see the boys lining up waiting for V, which shows that he had finally joined them. this is just a thought but yeah any thoughts let me know.

I think young forever is an ending where Jin does save his friends. Also being young one more time before becoming adults. Dope shows their good lives as adults.

okay so i just saw Young Forever for like the millionth time and I'm thinking (just my opinion) that those gates they are struggling to get through could possibly be a metaphor for "the gates (maze) of heaven" and the flash backs they are having, while trying to find a way through, are their encouragement to get through the "maze" and find their way to Heaven... and of course V is the last one to get through because he is the last one to "die".. and the scene where he plops out of water isn't him surviving but him waking up and ending up in the maze in the first place.. hmm... its 2am and my mind is racing lol sorry if i just confused anyone :(

Ok so, I have MANY theories. Combining those short films (Like LIE, STIGMA, and FIRST LOVE) with these mvs So enjoy! I worked hard. So the time line would be I NEED U, PROLOGUE (Butterlfy), RUN, and EPILOGUE (Young Forever). So in I NEED U we can all agree BTS is dying. But I think they either a) commit suicide. Or b) Kill each other. Now in the short film FIRST LOVE Suga is in a music shop playing the piano. Then he hears whistling (Which is in JUNGKOOK'S short film) so this might be because jungkook and Suga were friends, since in I NEED U Jungkook had run away and suga wakes up, no one beside him in bed, which the bed and suga look like someone should be there. So after Suga hears the whistling he goes after it, and ends up on a road, surrounding by darkness. Jungkook got run over on a road in the dark. Which is supported by the fact a car rushes past suga and hits something. Suga then looks upset and scared so he runs away. This supports my b) theory since jungkook was hit by a car, suga was drunk in the run mv (Which ruins the time line) and suga supposedly committed suicide by setting the room on fire, which supports my next theory. When suga returns to the music shop and sees the car has crashed into the music shop, and the English lyrics to his solo song FIRST LOVE express his love toward a piano, he also seemed like he loved Jungkook in these videos, so maybe the music shop was representing Jungkook and the piano Suga? Because the piano gets set on fire soon after suga arrives, and suga set the room on fire in the I NEED U video. Now in butterfly, it is confirmed that V killed his father that was most likely abusive towards V's mom and v, but shortly after he runs away and calls Namjoon, telling him to go to that forest place, Namjoon having no idea of what happened. So they all get there and eventually see Jin is videotaping them. Now I think that BTS is going through this before they all die but after Jin dies (Since he dies first) and they are not mentally over it so Jin isn't there, but his videos and pictures are, which is why the camera shoes up a lot. Now that gas station seems to be the one namjoon worked at. (That theory doesn't have to do with anything but I wanted to include it). Now for the run mv, Suga seems to be drunk, well, they all do. I think they are rebelling against life and partying their depression and anxiety away. When suga fights jungkook, I think suga is regretting that after the fact he finds out suga ran away (I NEED U) and is probably dead (Also I NEED U) but might not be (FIRST LOVE). Now that train car is the one used in I NEED U, so maybe they always had this little hideout since kids and have lots of memories there. Now during this mv and other mvs (Young Forever) they show Tae in the water, which he jumped in in the Butterfly (PROLOGUE) mv. Now butterfly and Tae jumping may represent them jumping towards their dreams, and when that doesn't work then don't give up and RUN after your dreams. And young forever represents them struggling to find one another in tough times but they end up pulling through and achieving their goals and finding themselves. But the whole pillow thing is in run, and the short film (LIE) and the bed scene (I believe is in either Run or I NEED U) Is in Jungkook's short film. Whenever the pillows or the bed jungkook is in shows up, everything is white. I believe this represents after they achieve their goals and find themselves OR a heaven for after they all die. I'm SUPER tired and thus took me a long time. Please don't give me hage, this is my opinion and you don't have to agree with it. I'm very proud of myself though. I also have a theory: in young forever you can see they are all trapped in a maze, but you can see through the fences, so you can technically see they way out. I think this represents not death, but not even life. So some kind of coma. You can also see that when the camera shows each member there are different flashbacks, which are the cause of the coma (for jhope the pills, for suga the fire, for jimin the water, so drowning etc.). The end is the most intriguing part because they do come out of the maze, but we don't know if it's because they die or they live.

For me, it is pretty obvious that Taehyung represents the Butterly. And I think, its hidden message when he jumped into the ocean is 'him' soaring high for his dreams. But eventually, he plopped down into the sea of problems, hesitations, etc. because we all know that our dreams aren't easy to reach. But in the RUN, it shows us that Taehyung didn't die (if u know what I mean) and he survived. It means, he's standing up again-and he's not gonna give up on his dreams and he'll keep on RUNNING to reach it.

I think this is the most memorable bts MV I've seen. I came across this before, not knowing bts, it just capture my attention particularly the hurt and pain they portrayed, specifically Taehyung.
Just this year, since they always appear on my fb reels, YT shorts, etc, I decided to watch their vids and bon voyage. It was only then I came to know them, now I can put a name in their respective faces. I can jow recognize their respective voices from each other. I have come to admire them, their work, and their bond. Watching this MV now, it hurts more specially when a tear stream down Jin's face.
looking back at this after watching the new short films that night released. jin is dead and like a guardian angel watching over the younger ones he's sad and crying because he sees what they are going through. Suga commented suicide by setting the room on fire that's why the blood went across the painting of him in the wings begin with Jungkook and ravens mean death which means Jungkook died when the car hit him that's why he was remembering when he woke up from the nightmare but it wasn't a nightmare it was true and he's in the after life that's why he's in white like jin now in begin. j hope died on the bridge and jinmin is going crazy in the bathtub he can't believe it that's why the tub pops back up in lie part2 of wings he's in a mental institution because j hope death made him crazy and he's remembering the things they use to do and imaging j hope is still there he's trying to escape the reality with a lie. and in stigma V got caught for killing his dad and is going to jail you see the puppy pop up which symbolizes his light and innocence but then it leaves and he gets caged in which symbolizes his dark side and he's trapped in his darkness the light has left him when he killed his dad. this is what I have so far.
as you can see jin is the only one with camera and keeps having scenes where he can see everyone which symbolizes watching over. V is thinking about committing suicide that's why he keeps going on to edges and he is in the water drowning which is symbolizing him drowning in his guilt. young forever is actually the ending to wings because as you can see they were trapped and separated but then they finally found their way to each other again and you see the birds flying away and a plane which means to fly away and be free they are finally free.

1. I think the only person who died is Jin. It's possible that he crashed his car into the water because in the the original ending of Prologue (that was cut away for some reason) he is ominously alone in the car on water. It's also hinted at by the members kicking the toy car into the water. What do you think?

The moments when they're all together with Jin can be separated into memories of old times with him and the fact that they all still "see" Jin because they weren't able to move on after his death. (Or maybe Jin is the one who creates new fake memories after death?) In the first version of the Prologue Jin is shown ontop of water in the car (like I said before) and he looks at the Polaroid picture he took with Suga but you can only see Suga -- Jin *isn't* in the photograph.
5. I'm not sure about the flower symbolism but the fact that he holds 6 petals definitely stands for the other members. The flower is projected on to his heart so that's where the members are for him.
6. The short films should probably watched after this whole story.
These are just my thoughts that I collected from the videos and some comments I read. All of their stories can be interpreted in a lot of ways and I think that's really amazing because the story means something else for everyone who watches it. A lot of people have said that they would like to have a book explaining everything and I want that too hahaha

I found out the whole story. Jin is actually dead... In i need u they all found out about his death thats why they are suicidal or depressed. In prologue it was jins life flashing before his eyes. In run they all try to ignore about his death but slowley they all realise that he is actually dead. But suga didnt want to accept it after jungkook told him about it and jimin burnt the picture cause he didnt want to believe it. Also in run when jin was in the truck and everyone went on there was only 5 at the back and rap monster was driving as he did in the prologue. And in young forever i have no idea what happend

1. RM: he will be prisoned by a rich man on misbehaving in a petrol pump and end up dying in there.
2. Jin: he will stay alive and keep going back to time to save all memebers but he would not be able to do it.
3. Suga: he will burn himself in an apartment cause he will be tired of his family fights.
4. Jhope: he will have a disease of falling asleep anywhere and he will fall from stairs because he will fall asleep while going down (he saw his mother that's why he go down) and end up dying.
5. Jimin: he will drown himself in water because he will be tired of living his life alone as his parents will make him live in a hospital for atleast half of his life.
6. V: he will kill his father because his father always tortured his sister and end up in prison.
7. Kookie: he will get hit by a car while walking on road and will die on the spot.
And they all will die except jin and he will keep going back in time to save them but he will always fail to save one of them and go back in time again but fate is unchangeable so it's impossible.

i think i get it, i think that Jin killed himself or died accidentally, the others grieved and decided they can't live without him. in I Need U, we see J-Hope overdose, Jungkook get beat up and what seems to be hit by a car, Jimini drowned himself in the bath and Suga set himself on fire, i don't know what happened to rap monster as i can't work it out. however, V is the only one left wanting to be back with his friends. we see at the end of the prologue and beginning of run that V jump into water. at the end of run he rises which I've read that people think he never died, but at the end of young forever you see the boys lining up waiting for V, which shows that he had finally joined them. this is just a thought but yeah any thoughts let me know.

okay so i just saw Young Forever for like the millionth time and I'm thinking (just my opinion) that those gates they are struggling to get through could possibly be a metaphor for "the gates (maze) of heaven" and the flash backs they are having, while trying to find a way through, are their encouragement to get through the "maze" and find their way to Heaven... and of course V is the last one to get through because he is the last one to "die".. and the scene where he plops out of water isn't him surviving but him waking up and ending up in the maze in the first place.. hmm... its 2am and my mind is racing lol sorry if i just confused anyone :(

Ok so, I have MANY theories. Combining those short films (Like LIE, STIGMA, and FIRST LOVE) with these mvs So enjoy! I worked hard.
So the time line would be I NEED U, PROLOGUE (Butterlfy), RUN, and EPILOGUE (Young Forever). So in I NEED U we can all agree BTS is dying. But I think they either a) commit suicide. Or b) Kill each other. Now in the short film FIRST LOVE Suga is in a music shop playing the piano. Then he hears whistling (Which is in JUNGKOOK'S short film) so this might be because jungkook and Suga were friends, since in I NEED U Jungkook had run away and suga wakes up, no one beside him in bed, which the bed and suga look like someone should be there. So after Suga hears the whistling he goes after it, and ends up on a road, surrounding by darkness. Jungkook got run over on a road in the dark. Which is supported by the fact a car rushes past suga and hits something. Suga then looks upset and scared so he runs away. This supports my b) theory since jungkook was hit by a car, suga was drunk in the run mv (Which ruins the time line) and suga supposedly committed suicide by setting the room on fire, which supports my next theory. When suga returns to the music shop and sees the car has crashed into the music shop, and the English lyrics to his solo song FIRST LOVE express his love toward a piano, he also seemed like he loved Jungkook in these videos, so maybe the music shop was representing Jungkook and the piano Suga? Because the piano gets set on fire soon after suga arrives, and suga set the room on fire in the I NEED U video. Now in butterfly, it is confirmed that V killed his father that was most likely abusive towards V's mom and v, but shortly after he runs away and calls Namjoon, telling him to go to that forest place, Namjoon having no idea of what happened. So they all get there and eventually see Jin is videotaping them. Now I think that BTS is going through this before they all die but after Jin dies (Since he dies first) and they are not mentally over it so Jin isn't there, but his videos and pictures are, which is why the camera shoes up a lot. Now that gas station seems to be the one namjoon worked at. (That theory doesn't have to do with anything but I wanted to include it). Now for the run mv, Suga seems to be drunk, well, they all do. I think they are rebelling against life and partying their depression and anxiety away. When suga fights jungkook, I think suga is regretting that after the fact he finds out suga ran away (I NEED U) and is probably dead (Also I NEED U) but might not be (FIRST LOVE). Now that train car is the one used in I NEED U, so maybe they always had this little hideout since kids and have lots of memories there. Now during this mv and other mvs (Young Forever) they show Tae in the water, which he jumped in in the Butterfly (PROLOGUE) mv. Now butterfly and Tae jumping may represent them jumping towards their dreams, and when that doesn't work then don't give up and RUN after your dreams. And young forever represents them struggling to find one another in tough times but they end up pulling through and achieving their goals and finding themselves. But the whole pillow thing is in run, and the short film (LIE) and the bed scene (I believe is in either Run or I NEED U) Is in Jungkook's short film. Whenever the pillows or the bed jungkook is in shows up, everything is white. I believe this represents after they achieve their goals and find themselves OR a heaven for after they all die.
