I live in Canberra and I've dug about 30 of these buggers out of my backyard over the 10 years I've lived here. I don't even like them so I've been donating them to friends, neighbours and with some of the unripe ones I've just fed them to the chooks lol

Found some sorting the garden today they taste like oily musty odd mushroom seems to be more in the after taste but mine seem abit young

I am a middle class working man in the USA and trying a truffle is on my bucket list I would like to know that I've got the real thing, is there a almost senior never gonna be able to eat it again discount? I just want to to taste it. I am not looking to indulge in it. At least I don't think so seeing I've never tasted it

Try to google “Truffle and Wine Co” in WA Australia. They make a lot of products with truffles and are second biggest producer in the world, they also export their products.

i didn't get it, so was the truffle they had dug up (dark with thin white veins) right or not?
