    Let’s get our bodies in Shape...it’s easy and does not take much exercise. Eat sauté spinach with yellow onions, a little minced garlic, orange and yellow bell peppers, a little salt and pepper. Boil your chicken wings in salt and pepper...once done, sprinkle your favorite seasoning, lemon pepper, jerk seasoning, buffalo, garlic salt and pepper, etc. whatever you like. If you need bread don’t not eat the yeast in store bought bread...it’s not good for you. Instead mix plain flour, plain sour cream and a little water together to make a pancake, (add corn meal without yeast if you need cornbread), cook in olive oil or coconut oil...it’s delicious. To exercise...sit on your bed and rock. How low can you go? Do this until you get tired...you should be able to do a lot of these since you are sitting in your bed. Then, sit in a chair and march...do as many as you can until you get tired. Finally do as many push ups that you can handle...increase your number as you get stronger. Exercise at least every other night...decrease to 3 times a weeks when you lose your desired weight. YOUR WIFE WILL LOVE MAKING THESE MEALS BECAUSE she will not have to stay in the kitchen for a long time. Hahaha. You can change your vegetables to any green leafy veggie that you like...only eat the bread 2-3 times a week. Eat as many greens that you desire. Only eat 3-5 wings if you eat wings or 3 legs or 2 thighs. Happy weight losing and happy eating. Hehehehahaha. LOVE Linder Dee!
