Maybe Apex Allstars will be a mix of road racing and drag racing, from the events to the cars it could be a perfect mix of both worlds while also giving us the changes to drag racing

Series 32 would've been the best time to do it! Especially with how PGG teased it lol....but honestly Top Fuel Dragsters would be like those modded clips you see in FH5 haha

@@ericship111 I'm guessing they'll create a race route that'll be on flat ground, medium/ fast corners and some medium straights which would make it competitive and fair

@@ericship111well the only possible way I see this could happen is Race Cars VS Dragsters not like racing each other. But this type of racing vs this. And you try each one and choose what you like more. Like if someone says WRC vs NASCAR.

Apex Allstars will be similar to Horizon Wilds Takeover. Apex is the Road & Drag Racing set for FH5.
The copo Camaro and drag beetle really does need more drag cars to enhance the drag family
You have many more like classic muscle that have options for wide af tires. And then the gasser bel air from hoonigan. People just over use those two bc "tHeY hAvE WhEEliE bArs"
Need some more drag options for other cars, like drag wings and wheelie bars.

We need a “drag kit” upgrade in the body kits section of some cars. It will make it pretty much useless except for straight lines but it will give us the super thick tyres and super thin tyres that we want. It could also depend on drive train (AWD having large all round). It would also allow huge power upgrades over normal upgrades. That way if you want a 2000 hp GTR you have to sacrifice turning.
I hope the 2012 Shelby 1000 returns in this update. It kinda gives off drag racing vibes.
gimme the RTR engine with rear tire profiles and you’ve got a dangerous car (it could probably wheelie too if you built it like that).

so "apex" as in road related, "allstars" as in cars that accele at something on road/asphalt like drag cars and race cars, makes the theme seem more clear atleast
I hope it actually sounds like a pro stock and not the generic sound they use on every American v8.

You know when that car is a fast drag car when it has a ducktail and a parachute and wheelie bars behind and with all the sponsors and that big engine with goodyear tires!
I hope they not lazy by adding the 1750 7.2 v8 I hope the engine makes at least 2500 hp

I think it might be a little bit of drag racing and road racing because Apex was drag racing and road racing so we might have a mix of the two types of racing and get a mix of two types of cars or more

As someone who pretty much only drag races in this game I feel like a drag update has the ability to either make the game amazing or really kill the drag racing for everyone. Those pro stock drag cars should have the ability to kill every car in a straight line (which it should) but it'll make normal car drag racing pretty obsolete because everyone wants to be the fastest and will spam the pro stock cars kind of like they already do with the diablo or other OP cars
If you haven't yet, I HIGHLY recommend finding a group that does A-class drag racing. The folks I run with don't allow engine or drivetrain swaps, which keeps the builds realistic and unique. The hard limit of 800pi allows a lot of cars to be competitive, and it's some of the closest drag racing I've seen

@@ItzzzBeamo it doesn't but the kind of cars that would be added in a drag update would be much more powerful than a copo.
I really hope that it is a mix of drag and road racing. I would love to see full on race and drag cars. It would make both communities happy.
If it's a drag racing update, I will be hyped. It'd be nice to have a rebalancing; a power bump, too. For example, the Viper is way too slow. So is the R8... It's a long list. If they're imitating real life, cars like those are doing some FAST drag racing. The fact that I can't even break 1khp with the R8's V10 in-game is pretty disappointing.
The viper is disgustingly slow, no shot my 400hp FWD CRX was as fast it was saddening.

i haven't played in a while as my xbox one has had troubles launching the game for a couple of weeks now, but even looking at this stuff from the outside feels super exciting :D

I hope forza motorsport will get a dragracing update because fm7 had experimental drag and it had some flaws in the trailer you could do a burnout before you race when the update came you could not do a burnout to warm the tiers like you irl at all the biggest li ever in a forza game so pleas fix all the problems in forza motorsport with a propper drag racing update with some drag cars and a few drag strips to race on

Fm23 shouldve had a lot of things. Like everything it was simply missing from the previous games and all the great advances and extra features that the horizon series has added in the meantime
I am convinced that we will get a CarPack with the Camaro Pro Stock in it. I wont get too excited now, but lets see what they show us on Monday.
i still would love to see the bolide and new gt3 rs andif fh6 release next year i love to see the way we unlocked the 2024 mustang and 2023 raptor r too replace the festval playlist is such a much better way of getting cars special if you dont have time to play that week update like if you are on a holiday
Would love to see rare concept cars (ex. 1984 Dodge M4S) from the past or some other cars like Shelby edition cars from 80s & early 90s. Examples- Shelby Daytona, Shelby GLHS, Shelby Lancer(Before Mitsubishi had the Lancer), Shelby Dakota, & Shelby CSX. Other rare cars, Subaru SVX, Mercury Marauder, Eagle Talon TSi, Plymouth Laser RS, etc.
Not allowed, bmws or any other foreign car with a slight change in name ( edit : i dont hate on then but cant stand getting every single name of a porshe or bmw ect)

Last year's rally expansion update was awesome. If this next update ends up being a drag racing update, and we end up somehow getting a drifting update, the game would just need more cars(because there's never enough), and then, they gotta just focus on maintenance and keeping players until the next game
Id think based off the current seasons requirements for the new mustang; road races, street races, and drag races, that apex allstars is going to be generally about on-road racing. So some track cars, new street cars, and drag cars might be what we're getting

Well, with a huge range of track cars like the V8's since Forza Horizon 3 and we do have a few currently in Forza Motorsport ( 2023 ). I believe that we are getting a few V8 Supercars in this Update 33 Apex Allstars to go with the Camaro ProStop Drag Car and definitely the Venom 1200 Mustang. The Hennessey Venom 1200 Mustang is actually secretly hidden from everyone in the entire world from the Forza Horizon 5 car files. Forza have secretly have certain car files that are kept secret and never to be revealed until when a potential update is ready to bring in a secretly hidden car file and bring the car in. The post that Hennessey have posted prior to the time of their activity online and released it due to the fact that the Venom 1200 Mustang is already in the game, but only as a Secret Hidden Car File that Forza kept close to their chest to throw people off their guesses of which cars we are getting in the game. It seems everyone had other idea's and speculating on certain cars that the current guesses are trying to get Forza to play around with you guys. Forza does have a Hidden Secret Car File list that's in their Hidden Vault of their systems in their studio's and never to be revealed. If Hennessey did reveal the Venom 1200 Mustang just now, then Forza is definitely playing with your mind guesses and mind guessing game tricks. When we had the American Update in Forza Horizon 5 a while ago now there was a very hidden cryptic clue in one of the storyline activities or one of the other activities that everyone missed so bad, there was a secret that was almost got a leak but failed to mention. In the American Update of Forza Horizon 5 of bringing out nice American cars, there was a secret that no one never picked up on it. At the time of it, it was secretly hidden that there was a car in the car file system that never got revealed. I believe that car is definitely the one and the only the Hennessey Venom 1200 Mustang. It's 2022 modelled is a very good sneaky way to throw everyone off with their guesses since around the updates between 25 to currently now. If that's technically true, then it's definitely brings out a huge obvious clue to the Update 33 Apex Allstars. With V8's and a range of amazing track and racing cars over the years, you definitely know that there's a twist around the corner. This twist is so obvious for me that it's so easy and simple, I can't reveal it. Everyone please be advised that yes, start your guesses on the range of V8's, Tracks, Racing and Drag Cars through the years since Forza Horizon 3 and the earlier stages of Forza Motorsport. It's so obvious that you Eric forgot the history of Forza of their previous games of Horizon and Motorsport combined that we are getting at least some of them and even the new current one's now through the 2020's. Only one way to solve your answer to the twist is very simple. There's more where you can get more of them. In my last words of knowledge and history, we did have some of the V8 cars back in Forza Horizon 3 and we do have some in our Forza Motorsport 2023 game. A good learning tool is this, always trust your instincts and gut feelings of which cars you want in Forza Horizon 5. That's all I've got, good luck with your guesses. You may get a big surprise.

I mean, we know drag racing exists in FH5, but it's kinda staying under the radar, not even getting featured in the Festival Playlist.
It would be better to have a majorly drag racing focused update with the new system and a couple specific cars for it rather than mixing it up with a update whose name hints on road racing.
I guess in th Horizon 5 world “Apex” refers to the festival site with the asphalt racing focus and drag racing would be appropriate for that festival site. So we sit tight ‘till Monday to see what PG have in store for us! I so hope the MC20 is part of the update.
If they introduce actual drag racing in this update, this would be my favorite update. Hopefully theu bring in more drag cars than just the camaro.
Nah, EVERY car needs access to the drag modifications. So many cars have missed potential because of the lack of engine swaps. Not to mention how many cars are stuck with super skinny width tires. Im talking bigger tire profiles on every car.

If this is a drag update or possibly a dig at a future full out drag update they really need to get into contact with ams about their GTR, ETS Lambo huracan or other drag racing teams

I'm not knocking drag racing but the last thing I think of when I hear apex is drag cars. I mean seriously they are purpose built to run short straight races. nothing apex about them. at all. but. but. it could be fun to set up a road race with drag cars.
This might be another great update in FH5. I’m excited for this update. Forza Horizon 5 has been excellent. The only 2 bad updates we had since the Rally Expansion was update 27 & update 29.
Believe it or not, Update 29 (Community’s Choice) (You Can disagree with me if you want to because there was players that actually liked that update and it was also for The Community to Vote on Survey on what cars they want for Update 29) was the worst update in Forza Horizon 5. It was worse than the Donut Media Update (Update 14).
