Always remember the rocks are your friends (use them to your advantage) drive on top of them when possible.
10 years Jeep club in Phoenix Az.
You are correct except that southern rocks are so different than our AZ rocks. I went out there to BK last April in my JKR and those trails are seriously slippery. I even broke my hardtop when a downed tree root decided to punch a hole through the side on it. I can't wait to go back there again - this time in my LJ as it's a bit narrower than the JK. Hoping to not make the same mistake twice.😄
Bk is one of my favorite trails to go to when I am out that way. Btw, Great video. I have lucked up both times and not had any rain to deal with on these trails. Nothing wrong with winching, you still completed the trails and didn't give up.
Great video! Might try it myself
Good stuff guys. I'm just starting a channel jeepNdirt and posted my first video at AOP Adventure Offroad Park in TN. I can't wait to visit Beasly and continue learning how to shoot video and editing. I love the lighting and colors in this video. I also have a YJ that I'd like to take there as well as I'm also a little old school despite also having a built JLU. Keep the good stuff coming. Great job. .
Thanks so much! We just started about 6 months ago & I shoot/edit everything on my phone! Follow us on Facebook & if you ever want to collab & set up a ride we can (:
@@DirtySouthOffroading That would be awesome 👌
Cool cool! If you join the group we are Sierra Sayers & James Thomas

93B once you get around the rock gardens and make that first hard right, if you lose momentum becomes a winch fest! One of my favorite trails around here.
Definitely is! We have to put lockers on our rig, once we do we'll be going back to attempt it again. Do you hit Beasley Knob a lot?
I have been 4 times in the last 9 months probably. Its about an hour from the house. We hit Widnrock and AOP quite frequently if you ever want to wheel.
@@rocklanderoffroad definitely! If you want to go look up our group on Facebook you can add us from there, Sierra & James. This was our first time at BK, it's about 5.5 hrs from us, but we plan to go back & want to hit windrock as well.
@@rocklanderoffroad I'll be taking my CJ up to Beasley this October 14th-17th if you're near the area it'd be nice to have another Jeep that knows the area!
Looks like you have way too much air in the tires. Need to be around 15 psi with those tires. Some nobby mud tires would have helped also
Going there for the first time in the morning.
Looks like a great spot to go. Definitely thinking about trying it in my Red Beast. I am pushing 84” wide on the outside max width on my front tires. It looks like I may be able to fit thru the trails. Do you know what the outside width of your front tires are for comparison?
Hey! Whats the Sahara's diff gearing?
Looks like a fun outting but damn yall running 120 psi in those tires or what?
Nah bud, he was aired down to appropriate rock crawling psi, without bead locks. Videos are very deceptive. It was way more challenging for a Rubicon in 35s than we anticipated. Also, first time on the trail for all of us, so none of us were expecting what happened.
Anywhere to camp out there?
Would you say a winch is a MUST for Beasley Knob? I have a Gladiator Rubicon.
Never mind, I watched the rest of the video and that's a YES
Yes, most definitely would reccomend having a winch. Not just for beasley, any trail you plan to ride. We always reccomend to have any recovery gear on any trail system. Better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it!
It doesn't look like too difficult trail for Rubicon. I guess it was too slippery. I am going there 12/17/21
It's a fun trail, just make sure it hasn't rained/frozen. 93B is a beast. Remember that videos/pictures do not show depth of obstacles. The Rubicon going through the rock garden was lifted on 35's & we had to winch him up because it was super slick! Come back & let us know how it goes when you do it! In our opinion, id say in order to not break anything is to have about a 37" tire minimum, but preferably 40's for clearance. We also didn't make it through the whole trail, we got to a turn around spot a drove out. We will be attempting it again once we do some more mods to our Jeep!
Was it nerve rackin going through 93B? I’m very tempted to try it I don’t have off road experience. What would you recommend for someone trying 93B out? Would a regular wrangler make it? What mods do you think would help tackle that trail
Making a trip up there this summer and hopefully while there I'll be doing this trail in my TJ. Any tips or recommendations you got for it?
Lockers & 37s. He was on 35s at the time & had some problems getting up & kept getting stuck on the dif. Have a winch! It was a crazy Trail.
@@DirtySouthOffroading After watching the videos on this trail, I'll definitely be getting a good winch, thank you!!
No problem! Hoping to go back ourselves eventually to take it on in our rig!
Was there 2 days ago. I have a 15 rubi jku with a 3.5 inch mc lift and 35s. The route I took was 93c to where it hooked back to become 93d. Then took 93f as a "short cut" to get back to 93c. 93f should be called 93w for winch. Front diff got in the mud on my first attempt and had zero traction after that. Winched about 90% of it. I would highly recommend at least a rear locker and a good winch.
Nice video! How difficult do you think it would be to get a full size silverado through there?
Are you referring to 93b specifically or the Beasley Knob ohv park all together?
Also interested in this question lol. Let’s say for the park all together
Slow the video down and less intense music. 93B is a awesome trail.
Thanks for the feedback! Still new to the RUclips thing & still trying to figure everything out!
@@DirtySouthOffroading You're welcome, a lot of my earlier videos are like that with speeded up video and music. I got a ton of feedback from viewers that they would rather see action shots and hear the engine. So I try to use less music. Subscribing
Yeah, I wanted to slow it down & show more action shots & keep it in a relative time frame, still got a lot of work to do! I'm working on part 2 of this video now, so will definitely take your reccomendations & use them! I'll subscribe to you as well! We should take a ride sometime!
Fully agree with this! When there is music over everything, it’s much less engaging.
We like to see/hear everything to feel like we’re part of the action.
@@x_Heffe_X we have changed the way we're doing our videos! Thank you for your feedback & hope you enjoy our future videos!
