What your'e calling the heatsink is a mica cover over a narrowed fusible link
The sticker on the side doesn't look all that similar. The DeWalt text is off and the yellow color doesn't match the plastic housing
One obvious point, to check if fake you have to buy the battery to check it. Too late, any guarentee is void. Rather pointless video.
Only clue really would be price. These were very cheap.
