To celebrate our 25th band anniversary, we have come up with something very special: We present a colourful mix of our work to date, starting with "Fragile" in the mid-1990s and ending with the last single "Runway". On top of that also popular B-sides and other rarities will make the setlist.
The re-release of the popular 1999 album "The point at which it falls apart", remastered and provided with extras via Dependent (Al!ve) is planned right before start of the tour.

i am not a big fan of oasis, so i have to admit, i dont know the song at all, but it sounds like a mesh ballad, but less "synthy". mesh ballads are way better songs than this imho, but it begs the question: which bands songs would you like to cover if you were doing a cd of other peoples music? would you cover your friends from de/vision perhaps? what about a track from And One, or Depeche, Camouflage,Yazoo,etc? Iris,Erasure,Beyond Obsession? anyone in the band a fan of old new wave stuff? mesh covering ultravox or visage, for example? the latest disc that just dropped from Eisfabrik is fantastic, but one track on it sounds like an And One song, big-time. (track is called "soon enough") It's still eisfabrik, but you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from And One. My logic behind the query is that with the excellent classical cd, perhaps you might be pondering something else you could attack, as a fresh idea. And do the musical tastes from individual members vary in extreme? i would hazard a guess that playing in one of the premiere synth bands of all-time, that your personal tastes would run to like-minded bands. no one in Mesh is going to be a hardcore Zeppellin freak or something. My musical tastes are all over the map, ambient to glitch-hop,synth to 80's new romantic,reggae,classical,even some dubstep now and then. i cannot stand rap, or country,at all. makes me cringe. anyone in the band a hardcore rammstein freak? just curious about possible ideas you may have had, and your influences and personal faves. thanks !
