@@LearnitGRASPIT Sure bro
I would stick a clear tape (2*u shaped and a simple piece to cover the hole) to cover the holes in the original part, and then make a single part silicone mold. After the casting, I would trim the excess of the clear tape with an exacto knife.
I didn't think of that...but that's a pretty great approach!
well thought.
Good video! What software do you use to draw on the screen?
Thanks a lot! I use Epic Pen for drawing on screen.

من فضلك يا هندسه محتاج حاجه زي كدا بس شرح عربي . هاتفرق معانا كتير في شغلنا جزاك الله خيرا🌹🇪🇬
There are so much chances that the component will contain some flash and parting line.. But i loved ur video
The product material has high elasticity and flexibility so there won't be a problem with ejection, Thanks for your comment tho I liked it!

Are you sure that product will drop from mold? I think it will be a problem. Even if the product is still warm and elastic it could cause drop issues. I can't be sure. Can you enlighten me?
The S form of the product, It is something we can't say easily It will drop do not worry.
Thank you for that great insight, and yes it will drop by being pushed by ejector and the lips would elastic-ly open a bit while being ejected. By the way this is a real mold ☺️.
We've got tons of secrets to show you so please subscribe, like and check our new videos ❤️🙏
@@LearnitGRASPIT Is there a finished model of the mold? I am eager to see the end of the mold and how did you replaced product cavities.
Ooofff.. Low volume commentary n unable to Copy.. Pl allow to copy d videO, though nice work.. Keep it up..
Your are making fool to people...how you eject the part...
Thanks for your constructive feedback, just notice that this mold was made in real life with the same setup and was ejected normally with ejectors from the core side
