So true I need to have more faith and Lauren Daigle proves that no matter how sick or what kinda "sick" we going though that in our times of need we need to put our ✋ up in the air and keep praying and have faith that God has a plan and he is working it out everyday!! Just would like to let everyone know that not all of us have dreams that involve this world. God teaches us in his word to focus on the things above ( things that are eternal ) and not the things of this world ( things that are temporal ). We wake up in the morning, thank God for the new day and his mercies that are new each day. Ask him to use us as he wills. There are many Christians that have had their dreams shattered because of the curse (sin). But they still press on believing that God is God and always will be God no matter what lot God has given them in this life. Read Luke 16:19 - 31 The rich man and a certain beggar named Lazarus. Verse 25 says this; But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things : but he is comforted , and thou art tormented. Jesus says in this world you will have troubles but be not dismayed for I have overcome the world. Please don't give people a false hope that if they believe and are born again everything will be a rose garden. That life here on this earth is going to be nothing but a grand old time. Pray for those that are less fortunate and suffering on a daily basis. Not because they don't dream but because they have not been dealt the same hand that others have been dealt. Go into a nursing home and tell them people that they should dream and hope for a good life while they are here in this world. Or how about we tell them the truth that this world is not all there is, that in Christ our hope is not in this world but in the kingdom to come.
