I'm listening with noise cancelling headphones, bass turned way up, in the total darkness of night. I feel like this is what the deepest, farthest, oldest regions of our Cosmos would sound like if humans had ears to detect it. The Primordial melody that wove Creation into being, that lovingly greeted us at our beginning, and will gently beckon us to return at our end. Such an unfamiliar sense of peace this is.

Realizing this heartbreak is how it will be. Eternal not wanting anyone else, accepting they don’t have any feelings for me. This was it the last try.
