this video shows a lot of the fundimentals and how to pass the tests when it comes to headmaster. BUT when it comes to everyone that has taken two-three months of learning and getting these steps down, it is EXTREMELY discouraging.. i am so so incredibly sad that with CNA and EMT training, everything these people go through whether they are in highschool or over 20 years old, they are all focused on people in high school.

no matter if we pass the main headmaster test, most of what we learned and know is not relevant in what we need for jobs.

we study these steps and we have to memorize them for the actual HM test, even when we ACE that... jobs we get are completely different.
