I am just blown away by children these days being so rude to other people's things. Like that kid that walked up and kicked the dog statue right in the face. My parents would spank me silly for disrespecting someone else's property, even if you were just a statue! Sheesh. Statues like this are common in Australia but are made of solid brass/other metals and are virtually indestructible. The kids kicking it just assumed he was one of those as that's what they're used to.
This has to do with upbringing. This is the kind of behavior that the parents allows at home, then the kids take it to the streets. Shame on the parents for allowing this sort of behavior
Altho that one kid is a shythead u shouldn't generalize it to kids these days. Obviously as seen in the video all the other kids were pretty well behaved. That's cuz those kids have good parents. Meaning that one specific kid has shytty parents. Altho the kid should be punished & taught not to do that, It's on the parents not the kid as to why the kid acted thatway.
You're doing something big. You're creating memories for so many of these people..These parents and their kids will be talking about "that time when that guy dressed as a statue scared everyone" Many years from now and even into their adult years. You're giving these families one more great memory as a family and you're doing it in a way that makes everyone smile. Just awesome

It was heart warming when that little girl tried to put the dogs ear back on. Interesting to note that some of the young lads seem to have an aggressive streak. I would recommend an electric cattle prod as their parents do not seem bothered.
