    The basic is easy to understand, it is almost for 90% of all Tai Ji Movements:
    1. Weight on Right Feet, Right Hand up, Left Hand down
    2. Weight on Left Feet, Left Hand up, Right Hand down
    This is always the control position, you can use it everytime to correct your hand an body position.

    I have been doing the Tai Chi 10 minute video , a question I been looking at another you do , Taiji Yang Style 8 lessons. Is the 10 minute video tai chi the same style as the Taiji Yang Style? I wasn't sure, Thank you for everything you do on your videos .

      Glacier Blue for survival? Go for eyes,ears,groin, and run as fast as possible. Get the fuck out. And learn what to do vs knife and gun. Anything else is unnecessary for survival.

    hey master wong, im from Uruguay, sorry my "englis" we talk spanish. :D I ever see your wing chun videos. your aplications is very good for the shelf defense, i like preactice the block with the palm. block beat inside, and outside. etc... i like the block of the wing chun, i thing what is more effective in a street fighter or shelf defense moves of the tai chi. anyway i like the little jump change of flanc of the practice of the tai chi ja :) Please Michael, tell me any ejercise important for the block a faster stright punch of a oponenn what beat me very faster, some like left, right, left punches all fasther. thanks for the videos, and i dont undestand all what you say in the videos, but the way of you move the hands, your expresion on the face, etc. helps to undestand what you wanna ticher with a move o ejercise, you are very talent. hold on master wong. gabriel from, Montevideo, Uruguay.. the country of Luis Suarez :)

    Pay attention, all his foot prints take you down a path. Be sure to follow the path, not just the foot prints. You need both teachings. Soft and Hard, not everything is a Fist, not everything is a Palm. Follow the path. Learning and Practice is the key. Make your moves naturel, Masters Wong can show you the path, it is up to you to make your own foot prints.

    When you practice slanting flight use your fist. The fist does more damage.
