The basic is easy to understand, it is almost for 90% of all Tai Ji Movements:
1. Weight on Right Feet, Right Hand up, Left Hand down
2. Weight on Left Feet, Left Hand up, Right Hand down
This is always the control position, you can use it everytime to correct your hand an body position.

Pay attention, all his foot prints take you down a path. Be sure to follow the path, not just the foot prints. You need both teachings. Soft and Hard, not everything is a Fist, not everything is a Palm. Follow the path. Learning and Practice is the key.
