This is one of the most fascinating delusional disorders honestly.

When I had a communication delay and in the past, when I had impaired ability to see faces and impaired ability to see facial expressions.
I viewed everyone as being the same person, because their faces looked like the same face mask, and that is when I asked myself if everyone is the same person in disguise, but at that time, I still knew that's my brain is playing tricks on me.

I didn't know that was an actual condition. I just kept encountering people who were way too similar to people I already knew. Like, to the point where I started knowing people's names before I 'met' them. Like I literally did walk up to someone I didn't know, when I was shopping with my sister in a different town, and yet I knew her name and stuff. We talked for like ten minutes before going back to our own thing, and I told my sister I literally didn't know that person. That we hadn't met before. We were from towns nowhere near each other. Yet, I knew her name, and the general gist of her entire life. I don't know what it means.
