Phelungre Village(Sangtam) Traditional dance performed during Village Council Office Inauguration

In this video, we will witness different types of songs and dances by the Dance troop of the Phelungren One of the oldest and traditional Village in the Kiphire District:Nagaland, during the Village Council Office Building cum Guest House which was inaugurated by Shri T. Setsathong Sangtam, Project Director DRDA Kiphire, and Water Tank was inaugurated by Shri. L. Koshih Konyak, Block Development Officer B.D.O Kiphire on the 15th of Dec. 2020.
This is mostly sung and performed during the festival and important program. It is said that our forefathers used to celebrate (sing/dance) after the victory.
