    It takes years to become a great squatter. Becoming well rounded is just as important is developing technical mastery. These are my 3 favorite squat variations for increasing mobility, positioning, improving starting power, and preventing weaknesses.
    Part I: Front Squat
    Part II: Pause Squat
    Part III: Box Squat

      Working on it. I'm trying to put out content more frequently and I end up batching topics (which is why I'm wearing the same shit in every video lol). We're good on squat and deadlift tips for a few weeks!

      Thanks Alex! Looking forward to bench tips. My lifts are the biggest they've ever been but still want to get bigger numbers and I can definitely improve my form and technique

      Can be good to work on sticking points without accumulating too much systemic fatigue

    Lol this guy just said car deadlift… here I am working on a 400lb squat😂
