Cuisine Takes Flight ✈️ - Chef Exchange 2023

Last year, we had the honour of sponsoring the Cultural Chef Exchange, a program created by one of Canada’s more acclaimed chefs, Chef Darren MacLean.
Top chefs from around the world were invited to forage for ingredients across the plains of Alberta, create a menu inspired by the Albertan landscape. The exchange celebrates Alberta and Canada’s culinary backgrounds while implementing other countries' culinary cultures and practices. 
We travel to experience new cultures, expand our knowledge, and enjoy unique foods that leave a lasting memory of the area they are created from. 
As Chef Darren said, in the culinary world, travel isn't just a journey from one place to another, it's a migration of flavours, traditions and ideas, and we are proud to have been a part of this program.

West Jet was always best airline in Canada, in both service and affordability. I knew Clive Beddoe personally and when he ran that airline, that's all I flew on. Now I never use WestJet, just like I never use Air Canada.
Fortunately for me, i do most flights that are overseas so i use an airline based out of the country where I am flying to and from, WestJet and Air Canada are easily among the worst airlines in the world at the moment.
