As per Lenovo India official website the Lenovo Pen Plus is compatible only with P12 and M10 models. I'm not sure if it would work with the M10 tablet.

Smooth and works well.
For notes, we use the in-built application. We haven't tried any new application for notes yet.

One nib comes fixed on the pen. One nib comes extra in the box.
Post these two wear out, I think one would need to visit the Lenovo Service centre.
