I just got cleared by my surgeon to start training and eating anything without restrictions. Would you recommend a PPL 6 days a week and do. you have any specific one you would recommend?

He never claimed to be Natty I believe, but if he did so then I think he is lying because even if you have high test and good genetics naturally, and he also did put A LOT of pics for his transformations but he did skip some parts for example after 1-1.5 years of working out his physique does seems to be attainable naturally but if you look closer at the year 2 physique update you can clearly see that his arms and legs do seems to be bigger like A LOT bigger than he was in the pic of him working out for 1.5 years. I also asked him many times on Q&A of his IG but he has never answered my question. So I do belive that he may be on sum juice but I am not 100% sure yet unless he shows more progress pics of him from 1.5 years to 2 years.
Skip pro power lifting unless you want to be crippled by 40. Look at those guy! You dont need to, stick to great content, high quality vidoe/ documentaries/ Love the twin factor/ start your own merch/ explore commericals/ film etc. Great haircut btw

maybe your genetics are better for bench than deadlift
