Corsair's recommendations for mounting: "In general, you want to make sure that: The radiator is in a higher position in the loop than the pump. This ensures that the air is captured at the top of the loop and does not go into the pump. The side of the radiator where the tubes are connected should not be at the top of the loop. When air is collected at the top, having the radiator mounted with the tubes down means air is not sucked into the tubes and the pump."
@@WOLFPARANORMALUK These fans have a logo sticker on both sides. However, the fans have an obvious front(rotor blade) and rear (4 support bars from the corners.) I need the assembly instructions for that Intel bracket. Yours looks like the RGB fan version, but I could be wrong. Mine is just black plain "rgb elite"
as the video shows does this mean the fans are blowing on the fridge? is this the correct installation of the fan? has to blow on the ribs? is it also necessary to lubricate with thermal paste?
After watching Gamer’s Nexus’ video, I should let you and everyone else here know that the best way to mount the radiator(if front mounting) is with the tubes on the radiator on bottom- not on top like you have them.
Followed your video initially before reading the comments and made the same mistake about the fan direction. Suggest you add something in the video or remake it.

Please help, I removed the srews from the pump head and a bit of water has leaked out, is my cooler basically ruined? FYI... I couldn't remove the intel brackets so i thought i had to remove the screws first
what happend at 6:09? the cpu fan connection vanished. Did you plug it in somewhere else? I was under the impression it HAD to be plugged in at the cpu fan header?
Either cooler will do the job. They both have 280mm radiators, and that's the important part. My i9-9900K @ 5.0ghz maxes at no more than 73 degrees during stress testing. Idle around 40-42 degrees with an i115 double pull config. You could take the fans off this 280mm radiator and it reliably cools my i9 with only natural aspiration!

how long did it take you to make it look that easy? I personally find it a horrible system. I did, even before watching your clip, everything the way you did, but I just could not get it right. Yes, it comes as a complete unit and pre filled. Do not try to add water to the AIO (All In One) because it needs a specific amount of air in it for thermal expansion. And you do not need to add water over time either. You should replace any AIO after 5-6 years due to wear and tear and liquid inclusion into the hoses.
Tubes to the Right, Screw it on, like shown, just on Top. Whatever you do, make Sure the Pump always are at the Lowest Point. So do not mount the Radiator Tubes below the Pump, because of Air...

Thank u so much I had to order amd bracket didn’t know it required having one!
First Video with great POV View. Thanks Dude!
I have a prebuilt msi ZS 5DS-263US and I’m gonna purchase this cooler and I wanted to know: will it fit?
Perfectly explained and great video. Thanks for uploading!
with the fan positions, isn't it pushing air out of the case instead of in like that?
Logo facing side is the intake side so it’s drawing air in this way
@@DTUnboxed you need to look on the sides for arrows. You have it backwards.
@@Cuddletauren agree Corsair fans normally have the main logo on the side of the fan where they intake air not expel it

I have this same AIO and just checked, they're backwards.
Not to be nitpicky, but aren't all the fans blowing air out from the case? Is there an intake that I missed?
Do I have to put liquid in it myself?
Thank you dt unboxed i lost my instructions and when i rebuilt my pc i forgot to make the connection to the cpu fan

Radiator is upside down. It will work but might make noise. Gamers Nexus has done extensive videos about it.

I'll make a note in the description - thanks for the comment!
very good thank you - made my decision we are going for it - bw
So if you leave that USB 2.0 cable disconnected, does it default to white or just a color spectrum, or not light up at all?
Sorry Dave, but the fans blow in the other direction. There are imprinted arrows in the plastic that show rotation direction and airflow.
thanks for letting me know!

Where did you connect fans RGB connectors to ? To the RGB CONNECTORS coming from the AIO or any other place ? Pls confirm
It come either with a lightning node core or the commander light which is the hub where you connect all the cable.
thank you!
My cooler is still going strong but just got another on ebay for $54. All together $67 total. I thought last time when I got it for 98 was good.

aren't you the guy that does guitar tutorials lol
what happend at 6:09? the cpu fan connection vanished. Did you plug it in somewhere else? I was under the impression it HAD to be plugged in at the cpu fan header?
I ended up putting it on another fan connection on the motherboard - same result a bit neater :)
I just bought this does it come with the liquid in it or do I need to do it myself?
It is AIO(ALL IN ONE) liquid cooler, so you just install it no need to fill it since it has water inside.
And don’t worry about refilling and evaporation, it will evaporate a bit, but AIOs are basically zero maintenance for about 3-5 years.
Temperature? I'm thinking to pick this or the NZXT X63

When I was putting my pump on it was going abit rough is that normal?
hey i have a corsair liquid cooler but need a spare bracket any thoughts?
Best cooler for 5600x..?
Intel bracket doesn’t fit in my Intel 1151 motherboard
So no need of thermal paste on cpu with this model?

i'm new to pc building, do I need to have a complete liquid tube system to add this on my pc because I dont have liquid tube system in my pc
I think you are referring to hard tubing in which case no. This comes with everything you need to get it working
Your fans are the wrong way round, take a look at the spec of them and you'll see that this setup will exhaust air from your case
The way he's set up the fans is how I intend to set up mine. I want the top with the radiator to act as an exhaust from the case and not as an intake
