Cute ideas. The masking tape is not going to long lasting. It will dry up and fall off. But it's great for something you don't plan on keeping for decades. We used making tape when we were kids to cover glass bottles. (I'm that old generation. We didn't have plastic bottles.) We would tear off pieces of tape about an inch long. After we applied it to the whole bottle, we would take brown shoe polish and go over the tape. Our jars looked like leather. I really like your bucket. Very cute idea.

Your snowman is adorbs! Here’s a painting technique tip to bring the eyes to life: on each eye put a dot or dash of white inside and very near the edge of the black of the eye. The white mark should be in about the same place for each eye; try the positions of 2/4/8 or 10 o’clock. Practice this on paper first. Try different sizes & shapes for the white marks to see what ones you like best. Don’t be shy & make it too small! It’s a really little thing that makes a really big difference!
Your diy's are always beautiful and you make some really unique projects. I love them all, but it's hard to pick a favorite diy, but the snowman is adorable and the apple basket is gorgeous. You are such an amazing crafter!!

I made the bucket. It turned out great!!! Filled it with faux apples and pears. Sat a quilt square on top of my milk can then the bucket!!! 🥰
