Its so interesting how one dish is can be so different depending on country. In our country it's 4 carrots and 2 times less sugar because carrot is extremely sweet and juicy here

Yeah that's the problem with these videos, the creators leave out that important detail. Not everyone has the same watt air fryer. Knowing that small detail we can calculate our cooking time.

I failed to split the batter into equal parts and paid the price. I had to work with what I had. Plenty of butter on the pan made them pop out easy. Mine took a lot longer then 20 minutes, more like 35. I’ll try it again
You can't stir fry with an air fryer. xD But this was interesting. A bit tempting to play around, but I will bake my carrot cake in a regular oven. haha

Don’t forget to put baking paper in the bottom of the cake tin because cake can stick to the bottom

You forgot walnuts and/pecans.... Carrot cake always needs those two important ingredients.

You can for sure do a stir fry in the air fryer! Not the easiest thing to do, but not impossible :)

Yes you can! the cake wont be as sweet though, but it works fine.
