It's possible that he might be predicting Nasus to auto Q the barrel, so there's a chance that GP's Q gets there first before Nasus's Q, but maybe I'm just overthinking it

He misclicked on the Nasus i believe
my guess is that he wanted to follow up with a second barrel right after but nasus got out of range
