What an inspired combination! I haven't the time to watch the full video right now, but I'm looking forward to it. The whole concept of Loki judging his life based on only the little part he sees, and not based on the overall what he could do with it, coupled with the idea that others judge him based on little parts of his life or nature and not on the full benefit of who he is and what he can do, those ideas readily fit with this song. And maybe a little lesson like this could bring him back from despair!
Ahhhhhh!!! I love it!! "How can you judge what a man is worth by what he builds or buys." that part sent a surge of emotion though me. I love the way you portray Loki as a learning character who has light in his heart. :)
Just stumbled across this video, and it's stupendous. The song brought back childhood memories, and I was surprised and amazed at how appropriate, and perfect it was for Thor and Loki. Well done!
I love your videos! You do amazing editing, and these Prince of Egypt/Loki crossovers are great! I would love to see more of them soon! Merry Christmas to you too! :)
Thanks so much! :D I don't know what other songs I could do that haven't been done already. There are great videos to "The Plagues"... But I'm glad I could do "All I Ever Wanted" and this one. Oh, and "Goodbye, Brother." ;)
To say I’m so happy I found this would be an understatement. This video is beautifully made and the song fits them so well. I love every part of this. The timing is spot on, the edits are great and just over all amazing. Great job on this! I hope to see more! ❤️
DarthxErik your videos are awesome! I love your choice of music and your style is beautiful and the vids are really inspiring. I watch your videos and want to make some of my own, I just don't have the means yet. Your work is just great! keep them comin'!
Tears at the end!!!! Haha holy crap i love all your videos! I love how many Prince of Egypt songs work perfectly with Thor and Loki! I had gotten the same idea to try and make something like this but after seeing your vids i wont even try! haha theyre perfect!
Aw thanks so much!! :) Yes, I've thought of doing a video to this song for a while, and am happily surprised... it worked even better than I thought it would. Loki is just begging for redemption (as we all are!) I loved doing an uplifting video for him, for once!
Another great one. But I was wondering where you got some of your clips. Such as the clip of Loki meeting with Frigga and walking through the hall of Asgard prior to Thor's ceremony (2:20) and Thor and Loki standing together before their preparations for storming Jotunheim (2:59).
ztslovebird thanks so much! :) No problem... Now, the first clip, I'm not entirely sure where I found! I will have to look and get back to you. It is in one of the first Thor film "behind the scenes" clips, and I'm certain I found it on youtube. But it was rare, indeed. And hard to find. The second clip, though, is on the Blu-ray of the first Thor, and is called the "extended Rah scene" and I'm certain this one is on youtube, and should be easy to find! I love the deleted scenes from Thor. They are amazing.
umm. This might be one of the most emotional Loki videos out there. I love it so much
Thank you so, so very much :') so glad you were touched!
I agree!! :)
DreamWorks feels...Loki feels...I AM BURDENED WITH GLORIOUS FEELS...BEAUTIFUL VIDEO.
:D Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed!
It's amazing the way how all the songs of the Prince of Egypt get well with the story of Thor and Loki. Thanks for your job. It's great!

Arkylie it’s a little lesson...even I am still trying to grasp about my own life! So well-put. Thank you!
This song fits even better now that the Loki tv show has shown alt!2012!Loki little glimpses of his future (and left out so much of that future)!
Not often you find this song for any fandom, ad there are lots that this song goes well for. It fits really well!!

Loki: the Prince Zuko of the Marvel Universe
Literally true. Except You know. Thor cared about Loki. Azula didn't really about Zuko.
The editing to this is BRILLIANT.
Thanks so much!
God, this is the best Loki appreciation video I've ever seen. (And I've seen many. :D)
Thank you, you are awesome.
+AnekoSanichi Oh, goodness! Thanks so, so much! :)) God bless you--I really love the message in this video, and pray Loki gets a happy end!

This video really hugged my heart ❤️ Thank you :)
I really did not expect this song to work so well with this story. Great editing. I'm sorry it took me this many years to find this video.
i have been waiting for a new Loki video from you and you nailed it. I just loved this video you did a great job as always.:)
Thank you so so much! :)

RaLPhis Xamida Thanks so much!! :) *bows*
I loved this so much, you did a great job! How did you managed to match the story with the song or lyrics? That's really amazing! :)
+Charmaine Lai Thanks so much! :) Perhaps by looking at the story, and at Loki...through Heaven's eyes? ;) *pa dum chh!*
Literally. Loki's story is almost like moses. Except Moses wasn't nearly as neglected or fearful of death.
DarthxErik your videos are awesome! I love your choice of music and your style is beautiful and the vids are really inspiring. I watch your videos and want to make some of my own, I just don't have the means yet. Your work is just great! keep them comin'!

+Jane Haber You're welcome! :))) Glad you enjoyed!
What song is this and who sings it?!? Cause it is awesome. Your editing skills are on point!
Tabitha Lawler Through Heaven's Eyes. I don't know who sings it, but it's from the movie "The Prince of Egypt" from DreamWorks
The person who sings this is Brian Mitchell Stokes
What a lovely uplifting video. Thanks for being awesome and making greatly edited videos like this :)
Thanks so much! I LOVED doing an uplifting video for Loki! I tire of all the angst... since redemption is what I pray for him, ultimately.

There's a lot of clips here that didn't come from the original movies. Where did you get them?
