Unboxing and Install of Velit rooftop 12v air conditioner on our Ram Promaster 1500. We do not use typical power battery bank so we show how to run it off portable power station using an AC to DC converter.

It is a super-efficient DC-powered rooftop air conditioner with the twin-cylinder rotor compressor, the Velit 2000R Mini delivers 7500 BTU of cooling capacity and draws as low as 20A (at 12V). It also has a slim profile with only 6.5” of clearance and can easily fit in the standard 14x14 rooftop cutouts.
